Staff are nice. English breakfast good. sorry am a Scottish breakfast man lol. rooms are spotless with plenty of utilities,
No Magners on ice
Location, food, staff
Carpets and decor in the corridors on the upper floors were in need of replacement. Worn and in places , grubby
Really good location, clean inside, very friendly staff. Room was a good size for a single room and the bed was very comfortable. The sea view was amazing.
Our sea view room,we paid extra but well worth it
The evening meal
My partner loves his food
The evening meal was totally inadequate
We ended up going to MacDonalds at 11.30 pm
Location amazing. Lovely comfy bed.
Entertainment was poor. But your in Blackpool and you should be out.
I know this is petty but the breakfast was amazing. But there is only a hour window so I felt I was shoved in and hurried out. Toast brought to your table which was cold and the cornflakes were a cheap alternative. Other than that a solid 8/10. Would go back
The hotel and staff in general
The friendly reception, big lifts and clean, wide corridors.
Great location good staff
Nothing
Reception was welcoming and friendly.
Rooms where a good stranded clean the bed was comfortable nice white bedding. Lovely pillows.
a fan was provided in room with tea and coffees.
There is a lift to the second floor.
Some places a bit of fresh paint in breakfast room but wear and tear in a big busy room. If being picky.
Staff were very helpful as they always are that’s why we return.

I was looking for a fair priced get anaay and I found it. I had b and b perfectly good lbreakfast had entertainment on the night before with nice staff and s room where I slept well.
Nothing!
Very clean good location..
Location
Couldn't sleep far too warm need air conditioning. Couldn't get sandwich during the day unless ordered before 10.00am. Carpets very dirty.
Staff were super friendly. Sea view was nice. Breakfast was ok
Breakfast was all a bit utilitarian especially the crockery
But food was acceptable
I like the more formal set-up with a reception compared to a lot of the B&B style places in Blackpool that are a bit more informal and require more socialising. With the Queens, it is a quick process to check in and the hotel is easy to navigate with two lifts to take you to different floors (although some rooms are only accessible via some stairs).
The location is great for the Pleasure Beach and South Pier and has a tram stop near by for easy access to the north end of Blackpool.
The hotel feels clean and I would happily choose to stay here again.
The staff are friendly and polite and happy to help.
The parking is perfect and a big reason why this is the first hotel I check when planing a visit to Blackpool.
The room decor was a little dated and the wallpaper was peeling in places - this wasn’t a massive negative. It wouldn’t put me off staying here again but it does lower the value of the place. In fact, I felt the price was a little above what it should be. £137 for two nights in a small double room.. I feel it should have been nearer £100 if not below for the two nights given the state of the room, especially when staying room only.
