Value for money
Pros:

The staff at The Queens went the extra mile as I brought my baby with me to visit family who were staying in the hotel. They provided access to the fridge and freezer for the baby’s milk and a high chair for dining with my family at breakfast.

Can not wait to visit again.
Pros:

My 5years old granddaughter was over the moon with the sea view. Great room.
Room was clean well catered for and bathroom was clean and great shower.

Cons:

Loved the building, the Christmas decorations were beautiful. So a lovely hotel.
Fantastic accommodating staff.
Lovely breakfast lots of choice.
One thing I'd have liked is moe accessible information on Christmas stays 2026 in website or on a flyer to take away.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and beautiful inside. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was definitely one if the best hotels i've stayed in in Blackpool.
