After a mix up with rooms, the manager rung me straight away and sorted out the issues with a fantastic gesture ( which wasnt needed as our room was brilliant).
The staff were of a high standard and couldn't do enough for us. I would very highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back
Food was beautiful, drinks were fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect.

Chilled vibe. Dont expect the Ritz, its very dated but well kept. Can't fault the place really. 9/10.
Could do with a good refurb, is my only negative, its a clean and tidy place though so the dated decor is irrelevant really as im not going to Blackpool just to stare at carpets and wallpaper am I. Get booked in, you won't be disappointed.

Breakfast needs either self service or better organising.
You wait to be seated but once sat down you can be waiting along time for your order to be taken or your just ignored and they asking people who have only just been seated what they would like...sat down at 8am only just got served at 8.45am ..joke really !!!

Room was clean and parking was convenient.
I was completely ignored by staff at breakfast. Firstly, I stood for about 15 minutes waiting to be seated. Several members of staff walked past me numerous times without even acknowledging my presence. Then when I was seated and waiting to give my order, I sat for 20 minutes being ignored again. A young man that was actually working the other side of the restaurant finally saw me and came to serve me. He apologised profusely, but it wasn't his fault. Fair play to him. The others were 0/10
