Room ok but avoid the restaurant!
Pros:

Room was good - fairly spacious and bed was comfy. Shower also powerful and receptionist was friendly.

Cons:

Some of the spare pillows had makeup marks on them and cleanliness could've been better. However, by far the worst part of the experience was the restaurant! We went there for dinner and it was just comically bad. Only one man serving who didn't speak much English. I couldn't have a pint of cola, only a half(!!). Food and drinks took forever to come and when they did, half the things were missing. Also it was all obviously just frozen/ microwave meals. Breakfast wasn't much better but at least it was a buffet. But again, one guy struggling to do everything and things constantly running out.

Pros:

Stayed here numerous times and always had a good welcome from the staff

Cons:

Only thing I don’t like is being put in a disabled room, nothing against the disabled May I add.

Above my expectations and the friendly cleaning team who care about their standards, well done!
Pros:

Clean and good value for money with friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was well presented, well cooked and good value. Good food outlets surrounding as well.
