Prachtige locatie
Good location
Well worn
Lovely to see the sea out of the window. Some of the staff were very friendly and respectful. Breakfast was good on a couple of days, but very slow and not well presented on our last morning.
Because of a 'mix up' we were told on arrival we had to move rooms after one night - no acknowledgement of the inconvenience, and only the briefest of apologies. Some of the staff were quite abrupt. We stayed in two Junior Suites, both were ok but neither had all the facilities listed on Booking.com site page.
Some areas particularly stairways in need of a facelift and/or a deep clean, stained carpets, tile grouting discoloured in bathrooms etc
This property is set in a lovely location with great staff who are very accommodating and the food is very good.
The room we had was very hot as it was above the kitchen and it was also very warm and humid outside. However, after mentioning this to staff we were able to open the window and this helped a lot.
The shower in the room was also difficult to regulate and was also very hot.
We have stayed at this hotel many times and this is the first time we have encountered any issues so I want to stress that this is very unusual and when mentioned to staff they do their utmost to help.
Great location, lovely staff, great breakfast.
Really good location. Lovely hotel.
Nothing
Large varity of well prepared food available.
Mooi oud gebouw.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the point we arrived at site. The room was very comfortable and the quality of the food and service in the restaurant was very good.
Beautiful area and lovely room friendly staff
The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and caring also the location was great .
The room was to hot although it was unusually hot that week.
Room size was great, breakfast was excellent and location was very good.
Our room (the terrace) had an air con unit right below the outside window and since it was very hot that was quite disruptive throughout the night.
