Nice location and a beautiful property
It is clean and the decor is very 1800’s which we loved. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
Absolutely stunning place with gorgeous surrounding gardens.
Lovely welcome and caring staff.
Delicious breakfast with a big choice.
Excellent location and the staff were lovely
Lovely location and a great National Trust walking route right on the doorstep
Overall a really nice hotel
Slow service in the dining rooms
Beautiful setting - the bedroom was lovely.
No hot water. Wanted a shower in the morning. Ran it for over ten minutes, and it was barely warm, certainly not warm enough to shower and wash hair.
Beautiful location, our room was lovely and spotless, staff very friendly and welcoming, loved our experience stopping at this lovely property.
Nothing we didn't like
Very friendly and happy staff. Loved the cats.
The house was beautiful and the gardens are beautiful.
not much. only that at 6am there was a fan like noise which woke me up!
Great location, really nice breakfast choices, staff very friendly.
Didnt like the cats walking through the dining area whilst we were eating.
Fint hotell med flott beliggenhet og nydelig utsikt! God mat i restauranten. Alt i alt god opplevelse med god valuta for pengene.
Ingenting
Breakfast was excellent and cooked to irder. Perfect scrambled eggs, much superior to the all too common dried out variety often seen at buffet breakfasts.
Nothing. All perfect.
Beautiful location and picturesque grounds. Our room was spacious and well appointed. We even got a morning visit from one of the cats that live on the property! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This location had a lift, so we were able to bring in our big suitcases and rearrange/repack. Easy parking on site with no problems. Highly recommend!
Everything was great!
Tucked away in quite location
Nothing
Interesting menu. Well prepared quality foods.
The Staffordshire Oatcakes were clearly a modern take on the item. Interesting but not authentic. Better with Cheshire Cheese and where were the Oats?
The location was perfect and the grounds and local area and views were beautiful
The food was quite basic and a little greasier than expected.
