Very clean/tidy. Very comfortable bed & excellent shower. Decent tea tray selection for me. Food at the bar was delicious & served quickly. All staff were lovely & friendly

I did ask if we could book into restaurant on 2 occasions before proceeding with the booking. The reception staff said yes, but we were turned away by the bar staff as we didn't book All Inc. Sometimes when we stay, which is a couple of times a month we don't want bar snacks. It's seems the staff don't communicate. But we ate out this time after again being refused. I just wonder why we can't eat in tbe restaurant. Apart from that, lovely room & the 2 chaps on reception are always very friendly x

Location, external grounds were well kept. Reception and all visible ground floor facilities were clean and well kept
Entering into the corridors for the bedroom facilities was like moving over to the other side! And not in a good way, unfortunately. Hall/corridor carpets had not been hoovered or clean since who knows when. Open the door to my room to be hit by what I can only describe as a stench of stale cigarettes and grime (ironically a non smoking facility!)
I have no problem with tired/outdated decor but I expect a level of cleanliness which wasn’t there. Slept with both windows open (thankfully it was Summer) in a bid to alleviate the odour, bedroom carpet was vile! Again not seen the hoover, wood panelling behind bed was full of dust. Tea & Coffee facilities not used due to lack of hygiene!
On a positive and there wasn’t many the bed was comfortable however the pillows looked and felt like they were filled with boulders.
Staff carried out the tasks required however a smile and customer service excellence was definitely lacking!
Booking.com rate this property as Good (7.0), it is definitely not anywhere near Good and a rating of 4.0 would be pushing it!
All in all the property served a purpose for 1night, and I will definitely not be a returning customer.

Had to call reception early hours of morning talking in next door room they did address it but think people in there should not have been there.
Did not get a goods night sleep especially with travelling
Blízko letiska. Personál milý a nápomocný. Osobne ma zobudili v nočných hodinách a boli presný. Na chodbách sú koberce, ktoré tlmia hluk kolies kufrov.
Cesta k výťahu nie je zreteľne vyznačená, zamestnanci vám cestu musia vysvetliť. Parkovacích miest je málo, treba hľadať volné miesto.
The gym and swimming pool.
The hotel is in a poor condition. The room lacked a proper desk for reading. While the hotel has an airport shuttle, transportation was not easily accessible. It is best for short transit.
