Nous avons apprécié cet hôtel car il était très propre. Le personnel au top, surtout le monsieur de l'accueil d'une gentillesse mais vraiment rare. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument formidable dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est tout simplement incroyable : accueillant, chaleureux, toujours disponible et aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable.
L’établissement est très propre, confortable et on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Chaque détail est pensé pour le bien-être des clients.
Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Pros:

Situé à l'entrée de la place, ce charmant hôtel est idéal pour visiter gruyères et ses environs. Une équipe d'une gentillesse incroyable et d'une disponibilité sans égal anime l'établissement et l'excellent restaurant de l'hôtel. De plus un excellent petit déjeuner est inclus avec la chambre. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.

A truly wonderful stay.
Pros:

The location of Fleur de Lys is outstanding. Positioned right in the heart of old town Gruyere. It had a beautiful back terrace area that overlooked the countryside while the front of the building overlooked the busy main street through the heart of town. We loved it!
