séjour agréable dans un hotel pittoresque
Pros:

L'acceuil et le service au top
Le charme typique de l'hotel ainsi que son emplacement très bien situé dans le centre de Gruyères
le restaurant très bon ainsi que le petit déjeuner fabuleux a ne pas manquer

Cons:

Le confort moyen dans la chambre (pas de tables de nuit et d'éclairage accessible depuis le lit)
L'eau tout juste chaude dans la sdb

Charmant petit hôtel typique
Pros:

Petit hôtel plein de charme dans le centre de la ville.
Personnel très accueillant.
Nous avons été super bien accueilli.
Le petit déjeuner et le souper étaient délicieux.

Cons:

Petite note négative, sur la taille en longueur du lit. Pas prévu pour les longues jambes.

Preis-Leistungsmässig ein sehr gutes Hotel in einzigartiger Lage mit besonderem historischem Charme.
Pros:

Uns hat besonders die sehr zentrale Lage direkt in der Altstadt von Gruyères gefallen. Das Hotel hat einen besonderen Charme und passt wunderbar in die historische Umgebung. Es ist nicht modern, sondern wirkt fast wie eine Übernachtung in einem alten Schloss oder einem geschichtsträchtigen Gemäuer, was wir sehr stimmungsvoll fanden.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch, dass es verschiedene Zimmerkategorien gibt, von Doppelzimmern über Drei-Bett-Zimmer bis hin zu Vier-Bett-Zimmern, was gerade für Familien sehr praktisch ist. Das Badezimmer war zudem überraschend gross.
Sehr angenehm war ausserdem die unkomplizierte Art der Buchung, alles lief schnell und reibungslos ab.

Cons:

Unser Drei-Bett-Zimmer war leider ziemlich klein, was den Komfort etwas eingeschränkt hat.
Das Frühstück war für den Preis in Ordnung und verständlicherweise kein grosses Buffet, hätte aber etwas liebevoller und ansprechender gestaltet sein können.

It was nice

It is centrally located, clean and has got an old rustic charm to it. The room was very small, barely enough space for us to walk around but was pretty.
