Pros:

The hotel is new and clean

Cons:

I was offered a complimentary room upgrade with my booking, but the front desk staff asked me to pay a membership fee in order to receive the upgrade. I have never heard of a hotel requiring a paid membership for a room upgrade. Additionally, despite specifically requesting a quiet room, I was given a room next to the elevator, which was noisy at night.

Great option in Jinan
Pros:

After missing my train, I booked very last minute for the only available room left - the family room! Perfect for a family, and absolutely hilarious for a business traveller (loved the soft toys, colorful pillows, and tent!). Staff were fantastic, the hotel is modern and comfortable and well located near to many fantastic restaurants and the beautiful Dongluo River (great for a morning walk). I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

I think its relatively new hotel which might explain the lack of booking.com reviews - don't let that put you off though - a great option for your stay in Jinan!

Exceptional location and helpful staff
Pros:

Location exceptional. Staff very helpful and room clean with great facilities. They have a room service robot that rides in the lift and can deliver takeaway and room service meals.
