She is so friendly
Die Gastfreundschaft war aussergewöhnlich. Die Rezeptionistin Maria (eine Griechin hier in der Schweiz) hatte ein Lächeln, das einem sofort alle Sorgen genommen hat – dazu ein ansteckender Humor, der den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht hat. Als zusätzliche Überraschung erhielt ich ein kleines Zimmer-Upgrade, was nach einem intensiven Tag eine grosse Freude war.
Am nächsten Morgen wurde das Erlebnis durch den sehr freundlichen, französischsprachigen Mitarbeiter im Gastrobereich perfekt abgerundet – unkompliziert, herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück und der Kaffee waren ebenfalls sehr angenehm.
Nichts Wesentliches – insgesamt ein sehr stimmiger und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist super zentral und die Kommunikation mit Maria (Rezeption) hat sehr gut geklappt. Sie konnte mir mit allen Anliegen helfen. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und wirklich praktisch mit tollen Restaurants nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Das Zimmer war gross, mit riesigen Fenstern und wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben.
Das Preis-Leoatungsverhältbis stimmt absolut und ich komme gerne wieder, wenn ich in Winterthur übernachten muss.
