Cons:

Il check-in era possibile 24h/24h. Al mio arrivo, pur avendo seguito le istruzioni arrivate via mail, ho dovuto attendere all’entrata 1 ORA prima di ricevere la chiamata con numero e codice della camera, nonostante i miei ripetuti tentavi di contattarli al numero da loro fornito.
Inoltre, la persona che mi ha chiamata ha dapprima appeso per richiamare qualche minuto dopo.
Servizio inesistente.

Pros:

J'ai fait deux séjours de une nuit dans cet hôtel et le rapport qualité prix est correct. Le bâtiment est vieux mais les chambres sont refaites, fonctionnelles et confortables. L'entrée avec les codes est pratique. Je suis arrivée et repartie en dehors des heures de réception mais j'ai pu communiquer en tout temps avec eux par whatsapp. J'ai d'ailleurs eu un problème la première fois car la fenêtre de la chambre ne se fermait pas. Ils m'ont tout de suite délocalisée dans une autre chambre, plus grande, même à 23h, et c'était parfait! Le sol des chambres grince un peu mais le reste était tip top! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un petit séjour.

Bien et pratique pour un séjour court
Pros:

Hôtel simple et pratique, très propre et à 5min de la gare. L'organisation du séjour à distance avec le personnel était efficace et courtoise. Le check-in tardif alors que la réception était close a parfaitement fonctionné.

Cons:

Chaleur dans la chambre à l'arrivée après une journée de canicule: il aurait fallu tenir les volets fermés (pas d'air conditionné). Mais cela s'est assez vite résolu en ouvrant les fenêtres et en faisant courant d'air. Le petit-déjeuner était spartiate et de qualité M Budget. Chambre simple: lit une place (ok pour moi mais avis aux gros gabarits!).

Der Empfang und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch bei Sonderwünschen.

Cons:

Die Toilette war extrem verkalkt.
Das Badezimmer sehr eng, Mann könnte von der Toilette aus duschen.

Wer eine gute Lage in Winterthur benötigt und unkompliziert reisen möchte ist hier richtig.

Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz war kostengünstig hinzubuchbar.

Cons:

Wir bekamen zunächst ein abgewohntes Zimmer mit unmodernem Bad und nicht wirklich sauberem Bad. Toilettenspülung war viel zu schwach. Dusche war quasi das Badezimmer. Nach Beschwerde nach der ersten von zwei Nächten bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit modernem Bad und normaler, komfortabler Dusche.

Empfang sehr freundlich. Zentrale Lage Innenstadt mit Parkmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach - der Service dazu zufriedenstellend. Muffiger Geruch beim Betreten des Zimmers. Das Badezimmer sehr klein und Waschbecken und Toilette in Kinderhöhe.

Für eine Übernachtung war es okay, länger würde ich aber nicht bleiben.
Cons:

Zimmer ohne jeglichen Charakter. Bad war klein und etwas schmudelig. Zimmer gegen Innenhof, obwohl anders gebucht. Frühstück war so "na ja".
