Super verblijf
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, fijne kamers met een schitterend uitzicht. Je zit midden tussen alle mooie wandel routes.

Cons:

Het zwembad en de stoelen er omheen waren nogal vies en stoffing. Het was daardoor geen fijne plek om te zitten.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, lit et matelas très confortable, personnel agréable et bonne localisation pour plusieurs randonnées.
Nous avons aussi très bien mangé, les repas et petit déjeuner étaient juste parfait

Cons:

Eau tiède à la douche, et vite fait d’inonder la salle de bain avec la douche italienne plate.

Pros:

Emplacement stratégique pour randonner dans la vallée de Paul.
Chambre (suite) très spacieuse, excellente literie.
Petit déjeuner varié et copieux, restauration de qualité, bons cocktails.

Nice hotel in Paul valley
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, food is good and its clean. Terrace after hiking is a plus. Shared dorm is big and bed is very comfortable. Its a bit far from Paul but you have aluguers passing by in front of the hotel quite often, or 45 min very beautiful walking. Breakfast is very nice (tasty bread, pancakes, fruit, milk, coffee etc)

Cons:

Its not a social hostel, atmosphere is mostly old couples, and you will share room mostly with workers from the hotel.

Its a bit pricey for a shared room

Wunderbar freundliche Betreuung und super Essen.
Pros:

Das Beste war die überaus gastfreundliche Betreuung durch die gesamte Besitzerfamilie. Wir haben auch die Küche sehr geschätzt, vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen hat alles wunderbar geschmeckt.

Bel hotel , sans grande concurrence , dans la vallée de Paul

Très bel hôtel très bien situé dans la vallée de Paul. Belles chambres et personnel agréable. Restauration de qualité

Cons:

Petit déjeuner insuffisant avec oeufs sur le plat ou brouillés à payer en supplément le matin !
Pain payant lors du diner ( prix non signalé ) à un prix exorbitant soit 2,5 € la tranche de pain ! alors qu'en boulangerie , nous avons acheté 3 pains entiers pour 0,71 €

Heerlijk bed, prachtige sprookjesachtige omgeving, waar paradijs. Ontbijtbuffet fantastisch en de vele tips van mrs Georgette zowel voor hikes op Santo Antao als muziek en lekker eten in Mindelo.

Prachtig hotel op een prachtige locatie!
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel op een geweldige locatie. Vanaf hier kun je super mooie wandelingen maken. Het hotel heeft wandelroutes van makkelijk tot moeilijk.

Het eten in het hotel is super lekker. Vooral de kippensoep en de gegrilde vis.

Schuin tegenover het hotel zit een klein winkeltje waar je bv cola of een biertje kunt drinken. Leuk om het dagelijkse leven te aanschouwen. Tegenover het winkeltje een gezellige kapper.

Tip: neem een pakje stroopwafels mee voor de eigenaresse Claudia :-)!

Hôtel magnifique dans une vallée verdoyante
Pros:

Très beau hôtel à taille humaine joliment décoré. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le restaurant propose des plats délicieux. Emplacement idéal pour la randonnée.

Cons:

L'organisation au niveau du restaurant... Réserver le restaurant en choisissant son plat et l'heure de votre repas est pénible. Un petit déjeuner a 7h au lieu de 7h30 serait apprécié.

L’hôtel est très très beau dans un endroit magnifique
Le restaurant du soir, si le cuisiner est là sa cuisine est extraordinaire
Mais… je ne recommande absolument pas

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner en dessous de tout. Seul endroit dans tous les voyages où il y’a eu un écriteau : vous avez droit à deux cafés si vous en voulez un de plus il sera facturé. Incroyable
On s’est retrouvé avec les valises devant la porte fermée.
La dame du ménage a pendu les serviettes de toilettes qui étaient au sol ( à cause de la douche qui coulait dans la chambre) plutôt que les changer. Service déplorable j’ai dû réclamer chaque élément du petit déjeuner ( on parle juste de pain !) et nous n’étions que 4 pour un hôtel sois disant complet.

Best hotel I have ever stayed.
Pros:

Probably the best hotel I ever stayed in like 50 countries. Was treated like one of the family and was completely looked after. The host went above and beyond, the food was amazing, the pool is amazing. They have several maps prepared for hikes in the area and the hotel is well known among local taxis and collectives.
