HARD TO FIND, INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Excellent staff interaction. Comfortable beds, great balcony. We were able to get coffee to take to our room even though we did not pay for breakfast, at no charge. Great reading lamps at each end of the double bed. Nice cold minibar for my beer. Black- out sliding patio doors.
Would have been better if there was a coffee machine in the room to be able to make coffee in morning without the hassle of going down stairs to get 2 small cups of coffee. Especially for those who did not have the breakfast option.

A good place to stay but it is a bit far from the city center. I had difficulty getting a taxi. The room was good but the bathroom had no hot water or shampoo. Overall it was good but needs improvement.
I chose it for having a restaurant and a roof top bar with a pool. It turns out the restaurant had only two options (rice or pasta) and the bar was closed. The pool is so small it has no use. The room was ok but many things were missing, like hand soap or even some water to drink. The staff barely speaks any English, hard to communicate. The breakfast was pathetic. NOT recommended
I had asked for an iron to iron my clothes for the next day. I was never given it. I had to wear wrinckle clothes to the airport.
Staff was okay.
The rooms were nice but they were not well kept, walls had black markings on it. The balcony railings were peeling. The walls around the ac had cracks, my mothers room the tiles where chipped. There was moths every where for the first two days we were there they felt like doing nothing about it. It’s wasn’t until the day we were checking out did they clean the common area, stair well and dining hall. The amount of flies in the dining hall at day of arrival was insane, it had to be over 30 flies swarming over the floors and tables it was truly terrifying. I didn’t even wanna eat there. I’m fully aware that in Cape Verde there is a season where they flies are heavily present due to harvesting but there are ways for you to combat that and no effort was shown. Breakfast was short and sweet grabbed what they offered and ran to my room to eat. The first and only day we did order food from the kitchen, food took an hour and was cold, we heard the cook and the waiter go back and fourth about how the food was ready along time ago and she told her to bring it out. I ordered a drink took the same waiter 45-60 min to make and bring to me, she did inform me she was waiting for ice but that was too long of a wait, then proceeded to ask me if I still wanted my drink after she dropped the food off. She spent most of her time at the front desk on her phone. All in all this stay was truly disappointing, out of all the amazing hotels we stayed at between Fogo and Praia this was absolutely the worst and they will not be seeing me again.

I wouldn't even give this hotel 2 stars, located in the middle of nowhere, in a ghost town in construction, where you have nothing less than 5mn "with car" thus can do anything without taxi
The girls at the reception are nice but not really professional, almost screwed our passport on the first page, talking while seated, and when we asked for a taxi, they sent us a young boy, who although was nice but is not a taxi which is weird from a 4 star hotel
No water bottle in the room (which should be for even a 3 star hotel), and when I asked for water, not only did they not bother to offer but I had to pay 300 escudos, 4 times the price !!!
Hot water was not working and we took a shower with cold water and Shower and toilet are visible in the room (only glass), so no intimacy or whatsoever
The swimming pool is less than a meter, and you have only chairs and tables, maybe they don't know that after swimming we don't sit on a chair..
No light in the corridor (automatic mode and no way to turn them on), it was bit scary in the night to get there (also considering we were almost alone in the hotel+ apparently there was a robbery in the rooms + fight few weeks ago..)
No coffee available (neither in the room or reception), thus you have also to pay or if you leave at or before 7 am good luck for you
The only positive thing is that the room was ok (despite a hole in the wall + no bin to throw garbage), the bed was comfortable, but unfortunately bed sheets were not changed (we smelled a women's perfume in the pillows)..
It was a mediocre experience and we were waiting to get out from there from the moment we arrived, hopefully it was only on night
