Pros:

Geçtiğimiz sene eşimin doğum günü için gittiğimizde otele tam anlamıyla bayılmıştık. Bu sene de tatil için tericihimizi bu otelden yana kullanmak istedik. Otel'in konumu temizliği gerçekten çok güzel.

Cons:

Otele giriş yaptıktan sonra resepsiyondaki görevliye otel terliği talebimizi ilettik. Kendisi, ertesi sabah temizlik görevlilerinin terlikleri odamıza bırakacağını söyledi. Ancak ertesi gün temizlik tamamlandıktan sonra odamıza döndüğümüzde terliklerin bırakılmadığını gördük. Bunun üzerine tekrar resepsiyonla iletişime geçtik ve talebimizi yineledik. Bu kez bize, terlik hizmetinin yalnızca premium müşterilere sunulduğu bilgisi verildi. Açıkçası, kullan-at bir ürün olan otel terliğinin premium müşteri ayrıcalığı olarak değerlendirilmesini anlamakta zorlandık. Ayrıca ilk talebimiz sırasında bu konuda herhangi bir bilgilendirme yapılmamış olması da bizi hayal kırıklığına uğrattı.

Konaklamamız sırasında yaşadığımız bir diğer olumsuz deneyim ise otelin restoranında gerçekleşti. Havanın kötü olduğu bir gün öğle yemeği için dışarı çıkmak yerine otelin açık büfesinden yararlanmak istedik. Restorana girdiğimizde bizi karşılayan personelin tavrı ve yaklaşımı son derece rahatsız ediciydi. İçeri girdiğimiz anda yüzümüze, orada bulunmamız yanlış bir durummuş gibi bakarak yalnızca “Evet?” şeklinde karşılık verdi. Açık büfeden yararlanmak istediğimizi belirttiğimizde de bu olumsuz tavır devam etti. Personelin yaklaşımı, kendimizi istenmeyen misafirler gibi hissetmemize neden oldu.

Daha önce aynı otelde gerçekleştirdiğimiz konaklamadan oldukça memnun ayrılmıştık. Ancak bu ziyaretimiz ne yazık ki beklentilerimizin çok altında kaldı ve tam anlamıyla bir hayal kırıklığına dönüştü. Yaşadığımız olumsuzluklar nedeniyle, konaklama süremiz henüz dolmamış olmasına rağmen tatilimizi yarıda keserek erken check-out yapmak zorunda kaldık.

Bugüne kadar çevremizdeki birçok kişiye gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ettiğimiz bu otelden büyük bir memnuniyetsizlikle ayrıldık. Mevcut şartlarda ilerleyen dönemlerde tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Wonderful- can’t wait to go back!

The pool area - it only got minimal sun and there wasnt alot of space. The hole vibe of the hotel didnt feel very welcoming. It kind of felt sterile.

Άριστη τοποθεσία γύρω απο εστιατόρεια , στο κέντρο περπατας με τα ποδιά δεν χρειάζεσαι αυτοκίνητο, πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο , πολυ καλό προγεύμα , εξυπηρετικοί χαμογελαστό προσωπικό

Great hotel, in great location, for good value.
Pros:

Overall I was very satisfied with the service and the hotel it self. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, and nice, rooms are clean spacious and modern.

Cons:

The few very minor things I didn’t like are:
1. Not a lot of parking spaces free (on the hotel parking) p.s there are plenty close to the hotel
2. Only 1 elevator , so it does get quite crowded, and sometimes you have to wait for a while.

Excellent service, great room, very helpful manager and stuff!
Pros:

They treat customers like a 5 star + hotel. A very big thank you to the Manager Mr. Panayiotis who was very helpful all the times needed, providing solutions for everything. We were late to breakfast (pass the time) and after he noticed he treat us so good we just felt we are part of his family, he arranged an excellent breakfast for us. Next day because of a national holiday all the parking lots were full everywhere in whole Ayia napa ,and we couldn’t find space after going out and back, but Mr. Panayiotis was once again there helping in every way possible providing me a private parking in hotel and even valet services, a BIG THANK YOU isn’t enough for the excellent assistance he provided to us. Not forget to mention that even with the hotel full he found a way arranging us late check out as we requested! Definitely they don’t treat you this way even in 5 stars hotel! Fantastic room, sea view suite was so perfect and big!! Thank you once more for making us feel like home! 🙏🤝

Location with a drawback
Pros:

Location is great but it comes at a cost!

Cons:

As I said location is great, However its next door Neighbour is Bar which has Karaoke which starts at 9.30pm and Ends at 2am.... and its loud that's the only negative about this otherwise wonderful hotel
