The location is really great, in the centre of Agia Nappa, the rooms were cleaned every day, the pool is also clean and the they have really good breakfast.
The AC in the reception almost never worked and no AC in the halls.

Η εξυπηρέτηση καθώς και η ποιότητα του ναργιλέ στην πισίνα χρειάζεται βελτίωση. Περιμέναμε 45 λεπτά για ένα ναργιλέ που κράτησε μόλις 15 λεπτά.

Breakfast can be improve
The hotel is clean and well kept, pool is large enough, ample parking space. They give complimentary beverages. Breakfast is varied and fresh. Check in was relatively easy.
Noisy, very very noisy. The Luna park is located right next to it. It is not soundproof. Guests are extremely noisy and one could hear the shouting everynight. I spent 3 nights, 3 nights we could not sleep properly.
Guests were leaving the towels on the sunbeds and leave, as if it was their property for the day. It is not fair.
We took the all inclusive package. The drinks were amazing, the cocktails were top level as well as the smoothies in hot summer days
The hotel is next to an amusement park that operates until late night from around 18:00 pm'ish.
So you might hear the sounds and noise of the attractions and people if you're trying to get a small rest before going out at night.

בערך 20 דקות הליכה מבית חב"ד ובשבת יש חיישנים ואי אפשר לפתוח את המרפסת כי זה מכבה את המזגן, וזה ממש באסה.

Without any exaggeration, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in during all my travels. Even though it’s officially a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves 5+ stars.
The biggest highlight is that it’s Adults Only. If you’re looking for peace, relaxation, and a quiet atmosphere without children, this is exactly the place. It creates the perfect environment for a truly relaxing vacation.
The location couldn’t be better. The beach is just a short walk away, and restaurants, cafés, shops, pharmacies, bars, and nightlife are all within walking distance. Everything you need is right around the corner.
The food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes, so there was always something new to enjoy.
The staff deserves special recognition. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was simply outstanding.
The rooms were spotless, modern, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Another wonderful feature is the pool area with complimentary covered cabanas, making it even more enjoyable to relax by the pool.
I could continue listing all the things I loved about this hotel, but the review would become far too long.
My rating is 100 out of 10.
