Hotel y personal de 10 ⭐
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado para moverse a todo el centro histórico. La limpieza impecable, y no creo que sea que he tenido suerte, porque fueron 15 noches, la ambientación de las habitaciones, pasillos, salas tienen muchos detalles y siempre limpio. La atención del personal de 10, muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Muchísimas gracias y que se mantenga siempre la limpieza y atención, pues es de agradecer.

Super hôtel en plein cœur de Santiago
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter le centre historique à pied et en métro. Établissement propre et calme. Personnel professionnel et sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux servi en chambre.

Cons:

Manque de place pour le petit déjeuner en chambre.

El Hotel en general es muy bueno,las habitaciones están bien equipadas,el personal muy profesional y amable,la situación es inmejorable puedes hacer muchas cosas caminando xq está muy céntrico y te permite ir a santiago centro muy seguro y todo cerca..

It will be a nice stay after a long flight into Santiago.

Pros:

El personal muy atento, servicial y amable.
Recuerdos para Virginia y todas ellas, deseo que les vaya muy bien.
La localización, pues estaba muy próximo a lugares centrales de Santiago de Chile, y se podía ir caminando al centro histórico y con estación de metro muy cercana.

Cons:

Que no tuvieran un servicio propio de lavandería en el hotel y el precio de lavado y planchado por prenda resultaba elevado para el promedio de la ciudad. También que no tuviera por sistema, es decir, siempre incluido, régimen de alojamiento y desayuno.

La ubicación y el desayuno
A pesar de ser céntrico, muy poca bulla
La atención fue cordial y puntual.

Cons:

LA CAMA ..UN POCO DURA PARA MI GUSTO.
LA CAMA ESTABA COMPUESTA DE 2 COLCHONES. SE NOTABA.

El personal, la ubicación y las instalaciones estan muy bien para la relación calidad precio.
