Pros:

Wir waren zu zweit im Deluxe Zimmer. Es waren zwei sehr schöne abgetrennte Schlafräume und dazwischen ein sehr geräumiger Aufenthaltsraum.. Alles war richtig sauber.
Die Angestellte an der Rezeption war aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Auch beim Frühstücksbuffet wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Alles war sorgfältig und liebevoll angerichtet. Frisches Obst und frisches Gemüse war reichlich vorhanden.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sauberes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zur Therme. Das war sehr angenehm und nützlich als Familie
Das Frühstücke ist gut, dass Buffet vom Platz grosszügig, der Raum sehr hell.

Cons:

Leider fehlt uns im Zimmer die Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu machen. Unten an der Rezeption war es erst ab 7:30 Uhr möglich, Kaffee zu kaufen und beim Frühstücks war er ab 8 Uhr inklusive
Uns fehlte schlicht der Wasserkocher, denn man ausliehen hätte können, aber bei uns nicht mehr verfügbar war. Wie auch ein Tee Kaffee Angebot im Zimmer für am Morgen oder nachdem baden.

Cons:

Alles war sehr schön. Allerdings ist es ein großer Mangel, dass in einem Hotel, dessen größtes Merkmal die Nutzung von Sauna- und Thermalbad ist und das sich gerade dadurch von anderen Hotels unterscheidet, keine Hausschuhe im Zimmer bereitgestellt werden.

Zukünftigen Gästen würde ich empfehlen, eigene Badeschlappen mitzubringen, die man auf dem Weg zum Pool tragen kann.

Meiner Meinung nach geht man davon aus, dass in einem Thermalhotel – wie der Name schon sagt – ein Bademantel-Set inklusive Hausschuhe bereits zur Verfügung steht.
