Frühstück im Freien
Das Personal im Hotel und auch im angrezenden Restaurant waren sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da ich wegen enormer Rückenschmerzen sehr eingeschränkt war

Cons:

Zimmer zu teuer für das Gebotene
Wenn es Temperaturen von fas 40 Grad hat und die Zimmer so aufgeheizt sind, sollte nicht nur ein Ventilator im Zimmer stehen sondern man sollte ein mobikes Klimagerät zur Hand haben. Ein schlafen bei über 30 Grad im Zimmer war nicht möglich
Lichtverhältnisse im Zimmer sehr ungenügend, da mehrere Spots nicht gingen
Duschhöhe nicht ideal für Personen über 1,85 m und würde sagen ab 1,90 m nicht machbar
Auch wenn es ein antikes Haus ist und die Ansicht von Aussen sehr schön und passend ist, gehören die Zimmer unbedingt renoviert.
Anmerkung zum Frühstück: Wieso werden zu dieser Zeit (Sommer) die Wurst, Käse und offenen Obststücke nicht mit einer "Gitterhaube" abgedeckt? Es wimmelte leider nur so von Fliegen auf den Lebensmitteln.
Somit hatte sich der Verzehr erübrigt

Die Ausstattung..kein Kühlschrank/ Minibar und mein Vater ist Diabetiker wo ein Kühlschrank benötigt wird.

Wem die Lage mitten in der Altstadt über alles geht, ist hier richtig

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt.
Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht überdurchschnittlich.

Cons:

Blick direkt auf die Ziegel (Steildach) des Nachbarhauses.
Da hätte ich doch einen Hinweis im Buchungsportal auf eingeschränkte Aussicht gewünscht. So hätte ich das Zimmer für den Preis nicht gebucht.
Personal bei Frühstück, wenn es denn auftaucht, haben wir auch schon freundlicher erlebt.
Parkhaus sehr teuer (kein Sondertarif für das Hotel). Für den Preis parke ich auch in der Münchner Innenstadt.

Pros:

Das Zimmer ist einfach gehalten, es gibt keinen Safe und keine Klimaanlage, aber das ist auch nicht angeboten in der Ausschreibung. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind supertoll, mitten in der Innenstadt mit den schönen Fachwerkhäusern. Natürlich ist es etwas lauter abends bei geöffnetem Fenster, da die Gaststätten draußen bewirten. Das Restaurant übernimmt die Übergabe des Schlüssels, wenn die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist, klappt hervorragend. Man wird super freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und der Kaffee ist sehr gut beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Ich war eine Nacht und kann hier nichts aussetzen. Die Dusche hatte eine große Stufe zum Einstieg, das ist evtl. für etwas unbeweglichere Menschen weniger geeignet, aber ich denke wenn man darauf hinweist, gibt es sicher andere Möglichkeiten.
