Das Hotel ist exzellent, eine hervorragende und außergewöhnliche Lage in schöner Natur hoch über dem schönen Erfurt, stilvolle Inneneinrichtung, sehr freundliches Personal und ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, wir würden sofort wiederkommen und haben auch bereits schon gebucht.

Pros:

ein wunderschönes Hotel, sehr neu, komfortabel mit wirklich tollem Team und ausgezeichnetem Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr gut konzipiert und ausgestattet.

Exceptional hotel and situation !
Pros:

Everything is fantastic in this hotel. The situation is incredible, at the heart of the citadelle of Erfurt, with fantastic view at a 2 minutes walf and a public glass lift that brings you downtown in less than 15 minutes. It is very easy to reach by car and there is a parking (with reservation) in front of the building. It is an old building that has been completely refurbished in a very beautiful manner. The chamber was very very comfortable and beautiful, very cosy. The personnel at the reception was nice and helpful. If we could we would have stayed longer !

Pros:

The hotel is set in the citadel area and is very convenient for visiting the lovely city of Erfurt. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. It started when we arrived early to try and organise access for our car which was rather confusing due to road works. The lady at reception went to the bother of driving us back to our car and showing the way back. Parking was reserved for us. Evening meal was excellent on the terrace overlooking parkland. The room was ultra modern, clean and well equipped but not particularly large.
