If you need clean room just to spend the night this is the best, I believe I will be back, thank to the staff of the hot

Staff of the hotel are very nice very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The elevator is not working every day ! Or it’s me how did not understand how it works on Sunday ,safe box it will be nice to have it in the room

Gern wieder!
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit U-Bahn und Bus, Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber, zwar einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Herr am Empfang!

Cons:

Es gab leider kein Frühstück, was wohl mit der gerade stattfindenden Messe zu tun hatte. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Определено бих повторил заради доброто местоположение и чистотата.
Pros:

Малка чиста стая с хубав гардероб, маса и два стола. Удобна баня. Удобни легла. Много комуникатично място. 10 мин. пеша до U6 и директно на летището. Магазини и кафенета наблизо. Прекрасен хотел ако се търси само място за пренощуване. Учтив персонал.

Cons:

Няма хладилник, но не липсва защото не се задържахме в хотела. Ако има - вероятно ще шуми в стаята. Хотела е до оживена улица и през дограмата влиза лек шум, но не е драма. За спане на отворен прозорец - едва ли е възможно.

La posizione non è eccezionale ma ok

Dalle 10 di sera alle 10 del mattino non c’è nessuno e l’ascensore non va.
4 piani di scale per tornare in camera dopo cena ed al mattino 4 in discesa con la valigia.
Colazione non disponibile.

Fahrstuhl ist aus, wenn Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Mit Kinderwagen, Kleinkind und schwangeren Frau dann nicht so optimal beim Treppen laufen

Ordentliches Hotel der einfacheren Kategorie.
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung in der 4. Etage. Trotz der Lage an einer Hauptstraße hört man wenig vom Verkehr, bei geschlossenen Fenstern kann man gut schlafen.
Der Empfangsherr war sehr freundlich. Auf Sauberkeit wird großen Wert gelegt, nicht nur im Haus, sondern auch vor der Tür oder auf der Rückseite.
Man sollte wissen, daß der Aufzug abends nach 22.00 Uhr oder wenn das Foyer gereinigt wird, abgestellt ist. Für mich war das kein Problem.
Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle "Österreichischer Platz" ist ganz in der Nähe, mit direktem Anschluss an den Hauptbahnhof. Man könnte in 20 Minuten zu Fuß dorthin laufen, zur Königsstraße läuft man 10 Minuten, im nahegelegenen Heusteigviertel gibt es Restaurants und Kneipen.

Cons:

Die Verdunkelung im Zimmer sollte besser sein.
Sonntags gibt es oft wenig Anreisen, dann ist eine Gepäckaufbewahrung nicht möglich. Vielleicht könnte man mit einem der nahegelegenen Tabakläden eine Vereinbarung treffen?
