Pros:

Betten waren bequem, großer Balkon, großer Parkplatz

Pizzeria in unmittelbarer Nähe sehr zum empfehlen

Cons:

Erst nach dem einchecken erfahren, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt das Frühstück zu buchen! Bei der Buchung hat es geheißen muss separat gebucht werden! Ein und abschicken nur telefonisch kein Mensch vor Ort zu sehen

Badkamer was netjes

Cons:

Bedden waren versleten. Het kunstleer bladderde af, bedden waren net houten planken, stoelen en tafel op het balkon waren heel gammel. Voorzichtig zitten en niet meer dan je drinken op het tafeltje zetten. Personeel hebben we niet gezien. Ramen en balkondeur sloten slecht. Sleutel van de kamer moesten we na telefonisch contact uit een kluisje halen en hebben de sleutel maar de volgende ochtend op de balie gelegd omdat er niemand was.

Vertrouwd adres van vroeger

Cons:

Vergane glorie. Niets vervangen. De handdoek rekken in de badkamer vallen haast van de muur. Het lijkt erop dat Tannenhof een contract heeft met bedrijven voor personeel dat moet overnachten. Je auto kan je nauwelijks kwijt. Indien de auto er staat kom je er niet meer in. Ze zetten je zonder pardon vast. Sommige nemen met hun bedrijfsbussen wel 4 parkeer plekken in beslag. Met geluk kan je nog een klein ontbijt krijgen omdat er een grote groep van werk personeel ontbeten heeft. Schouders worden opgehaald, ja het was erg druk.

Een ideale locatie voor als tussenstop en wanneer je in de buurt van Basel wilt overnachten.
Pros:

Wij verbleven hier één nachtje tijdens onze doorreis. Voor ons als gezin van vijf was dit een ideale accommodatie. Het appartement was zeer ruim en schoon. Inchecken ging ook gemakkelijk via telefonisch contact met de vriendelijke eigenaar en een sleutelkastje. Italiaanse restaurant om de hoek en Meer hadden wij op dat moment niet nodig.

Für eine Nacht war es ok.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage war gut und genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Familienunterkunft war sehr geräumig. Der Balkon war schön groß. Ruhige Lage

Cons:

Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Die Möbel und die Badezimmerausstattung sind schon sehr abgenutzt, teilweise defekt gewesen.

I would like to explain my negative opinion on my experience at the Tannenhof hotel from 14 to 15 July due to the offensive behaviour of the manager, Mr. Avellina. His message asking for the payment of 50 euros for extra room cleaning is in no way acceptable due to its offensive and derogatory tone, directed at hooligans rather than at paying customers. Please read his message of July 15th and my response of July 16th, both delivered through Booking.com

Besides being a father and grandfather who helps his daughter Alice and his four grandchildren with their annual car trip from Belgium to Italy for the summer holidays, I have been a Booking.com customer for many years as well as a host for properties I own in Uruguay and I think I know the rules of conduct for hotel professionals. I'm sorry to have to cancel a good hotel like the Tannenhof from my destinations because of a manager who clearly doesn't know these rules. As for the Tannenhof hotel itself, its only flaw according to me is the lack of staff active after 7pm, which has made it impossible for my daughter to inform anybody that the washbasin was apparently clogged, which prevented her and her children from washing their teeth.
