Very poor
Pros:

Close to exhibition center and good restaurant

Cons:

Missing water at rooms, not offering breakfast, season exhibition price per night is too much comparing with hotel equipment and offering services. For few nights everybody will remain OK

Bit expensive for what we received but it was had everything we required.
Pros:

Exactly what we needed, sleeping loaction close to event. We only needed it for the night so for that it was perfect. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Cons:

There wasnt a lot of room in the bathroom, the toilet was uncomfortabel because of this. Shower head also needs a replacement and no fridge or something similar to store food stuffs.
