Que llegamos bien al hotel, a diferencia de la anterior reserva (no llegamos al hotel Mercure Hotel Pforzheim porque los de la compañía de alquiler de coches Flex To Go nunca se presentaron.

Entspannter und ruhiger Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Uns wurden alle Fragen freundlich beantwortet und uns wurde immer weitergeholfen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt am Hotel wurde von uns sehr geschätzt.
Als wir noch Zeit hatten, könnten wir auch noch kostenlos in den Zoo.

Bin voll zufrieden. Komme wieder.
Pros:

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Jahr hier. Man hat mich überrascht indem man meinen Kommentar vom letzten Besuch proaktiv berücksichtigt hat. Das Licht im Vorraum zwischen Bad und Zimmer lässt sich nicht abschalten, reagiert nur über Bewegungsmelder. Das Licht ist mir aber nachts viel zu hell, falls ich auf die Toilette muss. Man hat den Bewegungsmelder wieder proaktiv abgedeckt, das Problem war gelöst. Frühstücksbuffet war wieder gut. Personal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit für ein warmes Abendessen, mit einer kleinen Karte zum Auswählen. Hatte Frikadellen mit Pfefferrahmsosse, Kroketten und Salat. Kann ich empfehlen. Im Zimmer gab es die Möglichkeit Kaffee oder Tee zu machen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Ganz neue, sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr freundliches, unkompliziertes Personal, die Zimmer sind sauber und riechen gut, die Betten sind bequem. Dass man auch noch umsonst in den netten Zoo konnte, war für uns eine positive Überraschung. Sehr gutes Frühstück, mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben auch im Restaurant gegessen, das Essen war jetzt nicht überwältigend, aber völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das einzige, was gestört hat, war, dass die anderen Gäste auf den Balkonen geraucht haben und das dann immer zu uns reingezogen ist. Ein völliges Nichtraucherhotel (oder Rauchen nur vor dem Haus) wäre uns lieber gewesen.
Die Kissen waren sehr groß und sperrig, so dass wir nicht so gut geschlafen haben.
