Die Lage ist sehr zentral und das Zimmer nett eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen waren unakzeptabel, ich habe so etwas selbst bei günstigeren Hotels noch nie erlebt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas aus der Zeit gefallen und könnte ein neues Konzept gebrauchen. Beispiel: die Rezeption schliesst um 14:00, danach gibt es keine Sacks, etc. SB Automaten oder Theke wären eine Option.

Einfach wunderbar
Pros:

Toll wie immer. Hat super geklappt mit dem Code und dem Schlüssel.
Kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt. Parkplatz genutzt der rund 100 m entfernt ist.
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit richtigen Bäckerbrötchen. Das gibt es fast in keinem Hotel mehr.

akzeptabel für eine Nacht sofern die Dusche repariert wird.
Cons:

1. schon der Name "Hotel am Fluß" ist irreführend. Die Donau verläuft hinter dem Haus in gebührendem Abstand und nicht sichtbar.
2. Parkplatz am Hotel nicht vorhanden, öffentl. Parkplatz ca. 250 Meter entfernt.
3. Zi Nr. 4 im EG, Fenster gestattet Blick in den rückwärtigen Gartenstreifen, keine Aussicht auf Fluß.
4. Handbrause in der Dusche defekt.

Exzellente Lage, die Altstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe
Gute Frühstück
Nutzungsmöglichkeit einer Tiefgarage, dort auch Fahrraduntrtstellung
Sehr freundlicher Service in der Rezeption und beim Frühstück

Cons:

Die Lösung mit dem Code ist okay, aber es wäre gut, wenn es einen Rückfallplan gäbe, mit Hilfe anderer Gäste hatten wir am Ende Glück, und auch wir konnten Anderen helfen

Gut ist die Möglichkeit, die E-Bikes sicher in einer Tiefgarage abzustellen und zu laden. Der Check-In ohne anwesendes Personal hat recht gut geklappt.
