Perfect comfortable and traditional hotel
Pros:

Perfect location and value for money. The personnel does not speak English, but with translate apps they helped us visit all the parks and the village perfectly. The hotel is modern with a traditional look.

Mejor experiencia hotelera en China

La mejor experiencia en un hotel de China. !Recomendadísimo!
¿Por dónde empezar? Sin duda alguna, por la atención recibida. Fue con diferencia, la mejor de todo mi viaje de varias semanas por China. Desde el primer momento, el equipo de recepción demostró una dedicación excepcional. Las dos personas que me atendieron (un hombre y una mujer) se preocuparon por que mi experiencia en la ciudad fuese inmejorable, y spoiler, lo lograron.
El recepcionista me ayudó a conseguir los tickets para el parque incluso habiendo llegado bastante tarde. Escuchó mis preferencias e ideas y me ofreció los mejores consejos y guía posible para mi visita. Además, fue muy amable al ayudarme a subir mi equipaje a la habitación. La recepcionista hizo lo propio, manteniéndose atenta en todo momento a mis necesidades y auxiliándome incluso cuando me encontraba de excursión. Ambos me explicaron todo con gran claridad. Y, a pesar de estar a miles de kilómetros de casa y no hablar ni una palabra de chino, gracias a ellos me sentí tranquila y segura, sabiendo que contaba con ellos en todo momento.
La ubicación es otro de sus puntos fuertes. El alojamiento se encuentra a tan solo 10 minutos a pie de la entrada este (east gate) del Parque Forestal de Zhangjiajie. Además, a escasos metros del hotel hay una calle principal donde se instala un pequeño mercado nocturno con varios puestos de comida, restaurantes y tiendas.
Aunque el hotel no cuenta con ascensor, la habitación en la que me hospedé era amplia y cómoda y estaba equipada con toallas de diferentes tamaños, jabón de manos y cuerpo, chanclas,etc... y la limpieza era diaria. Desde el balcón, tenía unas vistas fantásticas a otra calle principal y, al fondo, el impresionante paisaje de las montañas. La limpieza de la habitación era diaria.
Sinceramente, no dudaría en volver a hospedarme aquí. Desde España quiero daros las gracias por todo y la enhorabuena por la dedicación y atención personalizada que me brindasteis. 谢谢.

Pros:

Отель очень простой, но чистый. Идеально расположен в 10 минутах пешком от входа в парк. Но самый главный плюс отеля - это люди которые там работают. Нам все рассказали, как посмотреть парк, купили для нас билеты, вызывали такси и вообще готовы были помочь с любым вопросом. В общем, за свои деньги очень хороший вариант

Genial para visitar Zhangjiajie puerta Wulingyuang
Pros:

La amabilidad de los dueños y la disposicion a la hora de reservar tickets Zhangjiajie con ellos, estupedo y super seguro. Tambien reservamos para el puente de cristal y fue fantastico. Dueña muy atenta 10/10

Super consigliato
Pros:

La struttura è in un’ottima posizione, a 15 minuti a piedi dal Wulingyuan Sign East Gate del parco nazionale. Lo staff è davvero super accogliente e disponibile. È a conduzione familiare e i due ragazzi ci hanno suggerito i vari percorsi da fare, ci hanno munito di mappa e sono a disposizione sempre virtualmente tramite WeChat in caso di necessità.

Purtroppo non è dotata di ascensore ma lo staff, anche senza chiedere, ti aiuta nel portare le valige al piano.

Very nice place with nice owners!
Pros:

It’s much more than a hostel, it’s a « travel agency » as well. The owners were so nice, they took tickets for us for all the sightseeing activities and they took so much time to explain us everything. So happy they did that! The hostel is next to the bus station which is great! We used the washing machine, which was great as well. The owner recommended restaurants, we had the best dumplings at one place.
