Hotel mit guter Lage, aber schlechtem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Die Rezeptionistin, die gleichzeitig auch die Servicefrau beim Frühstück war, war freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels zum Besuch der Innenstadt ist ideal.

Cons:

Neben dem Preis, den wir für das gebuchte Einzel- und Doppelzimmer bezahlt haben, mussten wir zusätzlich folgende Beträge bezahlen:
- 18 € für unseren Hund
- 10 € für den Parkplatz
- 15 € für das Frühstück pro Person
- 15 € für den verfrühten Check-in (um 13 statt um 14:30 Uhr; eigentlich hätten wir 2 x 15 € bezahlen müssen, nur weil meine 96-jährige Mutter sich im Einzelzimmer ausruhen wollte, mussten wir die Extragebühr nur einmal bezahlen!)
Solche Extragebühren in der Höhe wurden noch in keinem anderen Hotel von uns verlangt.
Zudem war das Schloss des Sperrbügels vom Parkplatz defekt und konnte nicht benutzt werden.
Das Kingsizebett war relativ klein. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Lüftung, nur ein defektes Radio, das immer anging, wenn das Licht eingeschaltet wurde. Die Oberfläche des Toilettendeckels und der Toilettenbrille war größtenteils stumpf, weil beide Teile wahrscheinlich zu alt waren oder zu oft falsch gereinigt wurden.
Das Hotel ist zumindest im alten Teil nicht behindertengerecht.
Meine Schwester, die ich als externen Gast zum Frühstück einladen wollte, durfte erst nicht zum Frühstück kommen. Erst als ich sagte, dass dann alle 3 angemeldeten Gäste nicht im Hotel, sondern auswärts frühstücken würden, konnte meine Schwester doch plötzlich zum Frühstück ins Hotel kommen!!?
Aus den genannten Gründen waren wir das erste und letzte Mal in diesem Hotel!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer ruhigen Innenstadtlage.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, was alt und neu wunderbar zusammengefügt hat. Nettes Personal und sehr schöne Zimmer. Der Frühstücksraum kann sehr viel über dieses altehrwürdige Haus erzählen. Vielen Dank und wir werden in jedem Fall, wie auch schon zuvor, dieses Hotel buchen.
