Guests booking and/or arriving outside of the reception's opening hours need to contact the property in advance to arrange check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. It is the only way to arrange the handing over the keys.

Guests should arrive within the check-in time should they book for the same day as arrival.

Guests arriving on Tuesday and Wednesday ( Closing days) must contact the hotel 1 day in advance to arrange an exact time for handing over the keys/deposit.

Please note that the restaurant, the hotel's own sauna/wellness area and the hotel bar are closed on rest days. (Exception: on trade fair days in Hanover.)

Please ask us in advance if you would like to make a reservation. If you would like breakfast (not included in the overnight price), please send us a message in advance (on the rest day by 12 noon) so that we can take it into account during opening hours.

Please contact Sonnenhof in advance if you wish to use the sauna, the thermal baths (SPA Bad Pyrmont) or book a massage.

Group bookings: Please note that a deposit of 25% of the total reservation fee is required after the reservation is made. Jederzeit wieder, hier kann man nur alles richtig machen!
Pros:

Alles sehr hell. Das Frühstück war überwältigend, inkl. persönlicher Beratung durch die sehr nette Chefin des Hauses.

Cons:

Manches ist in die Jahre gekommen. Beispielsweise das Bad. Aber alle Funktionen sind vorhanden. Alles bestens!

Einwandfreier und schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt.
Die Zimmer sind top, Frühstück war auch Klasse.
Wir haben morgens gefragt, ob ein später Check Out möglich wäre und es war kein Problem.
Das war wirklich sehr nett...

Pros:

Clean hotel with nice big balcony. No late checkout available despite hotel being very quiet. Coffee facilities available on landing area. Friendly staff. Good views. Didn't try breakfast so the hotel didn't charge for a few extras we had.

Pros:

We stay at this great hotel for my sons wedding. Brilliant hotel very clean. Breakfasts are great. Friendly staff. Rooms are lovely for every need. Would recommend this hotel without a doubt no problems at all at this hotel. Although we could not talk German we got by.
