Pros:

Alles war da, was man brauchte. Kleines Zimmer, älteres Mobiliar, aber ok.

Cons:

zu wenig Steckdosen ( nur 1) im Zimmer, welche ungünstig lag bzw. umständlich diese zu nutzen

Pros:

The receptionist was nice and the breakfast was included in the price.

Cons:

They set 12 o'clock as check-out time on booking.com but when I wanted to stay until then, that told me no as they are heavily booked. It is not in a safe neighbourhood, the bed was not really comfortable as the mattress was too narrow. Water was leaking from the toilet.

Расположение прекрасное, близко вокзал и достопримечательности. Завтрак хороший. Персонал очень приветливый.

Просто замечательный отель, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Расположение идеально, как от вокзала так и центру, рядом все достопримечательности Кёльна, магазины, кафешки, одним словом все идеально!

Nie wieder!

Sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Altes, abgewohntes Zimmer unter dem Dach
Kein Fahrstuhl, so das wir unsere Koffer hoch hieven mussten
In 3 Tagen wurde noch nichtmal der Mülleimer geleert
Sehr laut, so das man kaum schlafen konnte..

Cons:

la rue est tres bruyante jusqu'a tres tard la nuit , impossible de dormir les fenetres ouvertes
comme nous etions en periode de chaleur estivale , fenetres fermees il faisait trop chaud; il y avait un ventilateur mais lui meme fait du bruit, donc nous avons mal dormi
une climatisation serait necessaire

If i'd known about the position of the room, stairs and no lift I would not have booked this hotel.
Pros:

I'm 87 and my room was on the top floor with several flights of stair and n lift.
