Pros:

Das Zimmer in herrlicher Seeblicklage mit eigenem Balkon. Und besonders ist das unschlagbare Frühstücksbüffet ist zu erwähnen - alleine dafür lohnt es sich wieder zu kommen.

Lediglich die Lage- der vielgepriesene „Blick“ auf den See, wurde bei meiner Unterkunft von einem unsauberen Wintergarten Dach getrübt…

Cons:

Deko zu kurz, Store zu lang (aufliegennd),Bohrlöcher im Bad wie in einer Mietwohnung, Stühle „rücken“ unterhalb im Restaurant um 6:30 Uhr - war leider nichts mit weiterschlafen!- Treppenknarzen at it‘s best im Treppenhaus und dann dieses unfassbar „komfortable Bad“- nicht !
Ja, sauber war es und die Lage ist toll…aber man darf sich von den Bewerungen nicht täuschen lassen- ein Zimmer genau oberhalb des Restaurants, ist keine „Erholung“!
Wen das nicht stört, findet hier ein Zimmer mit Seeblick…

Die Lage direkt am See war super. Das Frühstück war toll.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und eng.
Das Bett sehr hoch.
Das Zimmer liegt direkt über der Gartenterrasse der Gaststätte -bei schönem Wetter sehr laut-.

Very nice 7 Zimmer next to Chiemsee
Pros:

We liked the Location outside of town next to the lake. The room was very nice and comfortable, the bathroom of room no 12 was separate Abriss the hall, but with modern shower and toilet. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly.

Cons:

We had a hard time finding the Place, because there were many other names advertised in bigger letters. There should be bigger signs or instructions for parking.
