Sehr gutes Frühstück, Lage direkt am See

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, Zimmer modernisiert dennoch ist vieles sehr alt (Balkon, Fliesen, Treppenhaus, Markiese); Zugang zum Zimmer über Lieferanteneingang / Müllentsorgung

Wenn Chiemsee, dann hier!
Pros:

Gefallen hat alles, sehr nettes Personal, die Lage am Strand, sehr saubere Zimmer, Frühstück verdient extra Sterne, es gibt nichts was ich zu bemängeln habe. Die "Zimmerfee" ist sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Die Türen und Fenster sind super schalldicht. Der Kurzurlaub war einfach perfekt!!! Vielen herzlichen Dank

Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Das Personal ist freundlich. Allein schon durch ihr Auftreten und ihre gute Laune hebt die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption auch unsere Stimmung. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Parkplätze befinden sich in der Nähe. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

BASSO RAPPORTO QUALITÀ PREZZO
Pros:

Colazione ottima: molto abbondante ed estremamente variegata.
La struttura si trova in centro a Prien am Chiemsee, a pochi passi dal porto e dalla strada principale.
La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato aveva vista lago.

Cons:

La camera è grande ma molto datata, con livello di pulizia nel complesso non più che sufficiente.
Il bagno è a sua volta datato mentre la camera non è provvista di aria condizionata ma solo di ventilatore.
La struttura, come descritto, si trova su una depandance dell'hotel principale, situata sopra un ristorante, da attraversare per raggiungere la camera. Questa sua locazione, rende sia gli odori che i rumori non propriamente piacevoli. Considerato anche il costo della camera, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più della sola vista lago. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è sicuramente basso.

Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut von Auswahl und Qualität

Cons:

Die Lage des Zimmer über einem hochfrequentiertem Lokal war sehr laut. Das Badezimmer war winzig. Die Dusche wäre für Personen mit etwas mehr Gewicht absolut ungeeignet und der Einstieg für ältere Personen viel zu hoch.

Friendly staff - both front desk and cleaning

Cons:

The “hotel” is an annex to a next door hotel – not a problem, but there are details that should be better described in hotel/room promotion:
1. Room was above a larger outdoor restaurant that played music until 11pm. Since room does not have AC, having windows open in evening/night was very noisy
2. Bathroom is not a room, but a closet (read: smallest bathroom I have ever seen in hotel)
3. No "real" entrance to hotel - had to enter via restaurant ant garbage and loading area and staff smoking area
On the positive site – all staff was very friendly, especially to our kids. But room was also described as kid friendly. Not in our opinion as sleeping was nearly impossible before 11pm

Pros:

Der Blick auf den See war schön, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut. Das Zimmer im Gästehaus war zwar klein, aber sehr sauber. Obwohl wir direkt über der Küche waren, hat man davon gar nichts gemerkt. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut! Freundliches Personal

Das Bad war sehr klein, aber für 2 Nächte absolut ausreichend.

Super Lage mit schönem Ausblick
Pros:

Sehr große Auswahl bei dem Frühstücksbuffet.
Freundliches Personal und super Lage.
Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Chiemsee aus dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit und Einrichtung hat mich nicht ganz so überzeugt für den Preis. Aber alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.
