Lage, freundliche Personal, Vielfalt Frühstück, kinderfreundlich, Wellnessbereich super

Cons:

Auf Buchung stand 10 Euro Parkplatz, bei Anreise kostete er 12 Euro

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Kleinere Probleme wurden umgehend behoben. Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, für jeden war etwas dabei.

Cons:

Eigentlich ist man nicht im Urlaub um Fernsehen zu sehen, aber wenn doch sollte die Fernsehenanlage besser funktionieren.

Als ehemaliger Einheimischer werde ich beim nächsten Besuch ein anderes Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sicherlich das beste.
Ausserdem ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Sehr unflexibel zwecks Late Checkout , da angeblich alles ausgebucht ist … andere Hotels hätten die Möglichkeit unterbreitet sich im angrenzenden Spa zu duschen etc.
Ausserdem ist das Personal leicht unterkühlt… „ Zimmernummer „ anstatt „ Guten Morgen, dürfte ich ihre Zimmernummer erfahren „ oder ähnlich.

Die Lage und der Service an der Rezeption waren wirklich top.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider etwas einfach, die Auswahl betreffend. Servicekräfte musste ich leider suchen, um Kaffee zu bekommen. Beide Tage.

Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.Lattenrost vom Bett gebrochen.Ü65 kein Aufzug bis zweite Etage nur steile Treppe 🫣

War okay, wenn man sich vorher mehr informiert
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, es hat nichts gefehlt.
Die Lage an der Seebrücke ist auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Nach einem Fön musste man extra fragen und der Wellnessbereich war nur über den Parkplatz zu erreichen, was bei kaltem Wetter und Regen nicht gut ist.

Das Apartment war schon recht veraltet. Alles sauber, aber abgewohnt. Viel Platz, aber wenig Gemütlichkeit. Betten unterirdisch!
