Wieder mal in München
Pros:

Sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, hilfsbereit, zugewandt, wirklich Klasse!

Cons:

Ich finde es inzwischen recht teuer in Relation zu anderen Häusern, die deutlich mehr Komfort bieten.

Pros:

Location was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

No tea or coffee making facilities. Room was very hot and we needed a fan, so our sleep wasn’t great.

Pros:

The location is great with close public transport, groceries, restaurants and bars. The stuff is very friendly and professional. Also the breakfast is absolutely fantastic.

Cons:

No air condition. And we got a room with a window between bathroom and bedroom, which was akward, since I stayed with my son. Also the curtain is not practical, since it's wider then the window, so when you have opened windows, the curtain must be lifted all up.

Pros:

Una soluzione comoda per un breve soggiorno a Monaco. Stanza pulita, letto comodo. Diversi piani d'appoggio.
Albergo si trova in una zona vivace di Monaco di Baviera, Ci sono diversi market e tanti ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. La struttura si trova vicino al Giardino Inglese . Parchi giochi del quartiere a breve camminata . Con la metro, (a pochi minuti a piedi), si raggiungeva Marienplatz ed altre zone centrali in pochissimo tempo.
La colazione a dir poco fantastica con vastissima scelta tra dolce e salato. Veramente ottima ed anche inclusa nel prezzo della stanza ....Consigliatissimo

Cons:

La stanza per tre era un po' piccola ma chiudendo il terzo letto durante il giorno tutto sommato andava bene.
Il bagno , anche se originale , dava pochissima privacy :
La vasca e zona lavabo completamente a vista , senza porta e con una bel pannello di vetro trasparente, lungo la vasca, che dava sulla zona letto . Il wc , anche esso, diviso dal resto della stanza dalla porta stile saloon aperta sia da sotto che da sopra è in vetro satinato, senza chiusura . Dipende con chi si divide la stanza, può risultare un po' complicato. Ovviamente niente bidet.
Aprendo la finestra in serata più movimentata , arrivano tutti i rumori della città....

Trotz des etwas verbesserungswürdigen Frühstücksservices haben wir uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Bereits zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und wieder sehr zufrieden. Wir schätzen besonders den privaten, persönlichen Charakter des Hotels. Diesmal hatten wir zwar eines der kleineren Zimmer, das für unseren Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend war, es gibt jedoch auch deutlich geräumigere Zimmer. Gerne wieder!

Cons:

Der Frühstücksservice könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein. Gegen 9 Uhr wurden einige Speisen nicht mehr nachgefüllt, sodass die Auswahl spürbar eingeschränkt war. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal – ein Hotel, in dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt.
Pros:

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Hotel Nikolai! Das absolute Highlight ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und herzliche Personal. So viel Aufmerksamkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und echte Gastfreundschaft erlebt man nur selten – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und gleichzeitig zentral, sodass man München bequem erkunden kann. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

The people were great! Service was wonderful. breakfast was always early and good. The location of the hotel is very good and one can be anywhere easily.

Cons:

Rooms aren't equipped to handle the summer. 1 Dyson can't handle it.
The furniture is old and roughed out.
