Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang durch den (neuen)Hotelbetreiber mit ausführlichen Informationen. Wir konnten auf Anfrage bereits um 12:00 Uhr einchecken, und hatten somit einen ganzen freien Nachmittag zusätzlich gewonnen. PKW mit Fahrradträger konnten wir auf dem Innenhof sicher parken, es sind aber auch vor dem Hotel reichlich kostenfreie!! Parkplätze verfügbar. Ruhiges und großes Zimmer, Wasser(kleine Flaschen) im Kühlschrank auf dem Hotelflur ist gratis!!! Top. Sehr gute Anbindung des Hotels an das Straßenbahnnetz, ca 20 min bis ins Stadtzentrum. Sehr gutes Frühstück, welches für uns keine Wünsche offen ließ. Zimmer wurden täglich top gereinigt. Preis/Leistung für uns mehr als ok.

Cons:

Hotel vom neuen Betreiber gerade erst übernommen. Das in die Jahre gekommene Haus hat ein Facelifting nötig und wird es wohl auch bekommen. Heizung im Zimmer ließ sich nicht komplett ausstellen, es war sehr warm und das offene Fenster ist nicht die beste (Energie)lösung. Zimmer "nur" über Treppe nicht Barrierefrei erreichbar.

Etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber Straßenbahnhalle hinter dem Haus. Entgegenkommendes Personal. Nach Rücksprache konnte ich mein Fahrrad im verschlossenen Hinterhof abstellen. Gutes Frühstück.
