Excellent hotel for a relaxing visit
Pros:

Great room, great location for old town. Very helpful staff, especially regarding parking.

Cons:

Breakfast was very crowded, and had to come back later, by which time pastries were all gone! It would have been a great breakfast otherwise.

Pros:

The personnel was extremely friendly. The location was suberb, the view from the room, amazing. Ideal location, very near to the city center. The kids loved it. The breakfast was great.

Sehr gute Wahl!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend!Die Aussicht auf den Neckar und den Golf Platz.Die Betten sind sehr gut, genügend Schrankraum, auch Kühlschrank..Das Bad sehr sauber. Alles noch übertreffen das Frühstück. Ein unglaublich reichhaltiges Buffet.Ich habe selten ein so gutes Frühstück in den unterschiedlichsten Hotels bekommen. Wir bekamen noch ein Upgrade für ein Komfortzimmer.

Cons:

Die Duschtür hatte 2 nach innen geklappte Türen.. Wenn man drin steht und schließt sie, kommt man schlecht wieder raus, es gab keine "Knöpfe" zum Öffnen. Mein Mann hat sie von außen geöffnet.

Schönes Wochenende bei tollem Wetter in Heidelberg.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal und sehr schönes und breit gefächertes leckeres Frühstück.

Direkte Sicht auf den Neckar.

Cons:

Leider war die Klimaanlage defekt. Das Personal hat keinen Weg gefunden diese zu aktivieren. Regelmäßige Wartung und Funktionschecks könnten hier helfen.

Die Straße hört man leider recht deutlich in der Nacht. Die Schallisolierung ist leider nicht optimal.

Pros:

Die Lage war optimal, Die Ausststtung war in Allem sehr gepfleg und geräumig.
Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und ein Parkplatz am Haus war auch gesichert. (Musste allerdings gebucht werden. )

Cons:

Es gab für mich nichts zu bemängeln.

Pros:

Fijne ontvangst en meedenken voor parkeren en kreeg een kamer upgrade.

Cons:

Sommige parkeerplaatsen zijn wat kort, maar top opgelost door aanwezig medewerker.

Super Frühstück und sehr gute Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Konnte nicht in Ruhe schlafen. Ständig ging jemand hin und her. Selbst ein Niesen und das öffnen (Reißverschluss) eines Koffers war zu hören.

Schönes Zimmer, aussergewöhnlich hohe Decke. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Sehr sauber. Wir kommen wieder.
