Was man sich bewust sein muss,es gibt keine Reception,keine direkte Betreung vorort,bei Problemen gibt es nur die Möglichkeit Mailen/Telefon zu Bürozeiten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer sollte jeden 3. Tag gereinigt werden jedoch wurde bei unserem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt
Die Immobilien-Verwaltung hat sich dafür entschuldigt und uns eine finanzielle Entschädigung gezahlt

Tolle Unterkunft in SPO
Pros:

Erste Lage an der Promenade, großer Balkon, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, Frühstück gibt’s im Restaurant unten

Cons:

Aufenthalt war im Zeitraum der Übernahme durch einen neuen Verwalter, Bezahlung nicht in der Unterkunft (ca. 5 Minuten mit Auto entfernt), keine Kreditkarte möglich (nur EC)

Immer wieder hat uns gut gefallen

Die Lage war super, die Aussicht grandios. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Nach Aufforderung leider keinen Sonnenschirm bekommen sowie die andern Balkone

Enttäuschend und unpersönlich, nur die Lage ist top.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, 1. Reihe vor den Salzwiesen, Schlüsselübergabe klappte sehr gut, Frühstück war ansprechend, gleich im EG Restaurant. Balkon war auch schön.

Cons:

Überhaupt kein persönlicher Kontakt, Schlüsselübergabe via Schlüsselkasten trotz Anreise 15.00 Uhr. Keine Nachfrage, ob man gut angekommen ist oder etwas braucht, statt Hotelbetrieb (wie via booking.com gebucht) eher Ferienappartement-Betrieb, REinigung Zimmer alle 3 Tage angekündigt bedeutet Müll wird auch nicht entsorgt! (Komplettreinigung täglich muss ja nicht sein, aber bitte den Müll mitnehmen und Handtuchwechsel wäre schon bei dem Preis ein Thema!
Betten waren echt extrem hart, dafür Polster viel zu weich, unbequem.

Super Matratze,sehr sauber,Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer mit Kaffeekapseln, Ritual Duschmittel😍
Sehr gute Küche,sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Der Übernachtungs Preis war schon sehr hoch,mit 100€ pro Person.
Aber das Frühstücks Buffet für 18€ pro Person,war überteuert!
