A very nice stay
Pros:

The staff is very friendly. There's a bar on the ground floor where locals hang out. This shows the friendly atmosphere, which I value much more than trendy furniture in the room.

Cons:

I had to leave very early and didn't get to try breakfast. I won't do that next time. I recommend this place to everyone.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Messe-Aufenthalte.
Pros:

Das Personal hat mich sehr nett empfangen. Mein Zimmer war noch nicht fertig, da ich recht früh dran war und eine Person im Team ausgefallen ist. Es gab ein Getränk aufs Haus für die Wartezeit, sehr zuvorkommend! Das Zimmer war absolut ausreichend für „Schlafen und Fertigmachen“, sauber, mit allem, was man eben benötigt. Das Frühstück ist prima für den Preis.

Mein Zimmer lag zwar zur (Haupt)Straße raus, ich konnte trotzdem gut schlafen. Wer Geräuschempfindlich ist, nimmt sich besser Oropax mit.

Wenn man zur Messe Dortmund möchte, ist man zwar gut eine Stunde unterwegs, aber es besteht eine gute Anbindung mit Bus und Bahn!

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas klein, aber absolut ausreichend.

Die Handtücher waren arg steif und ziemlich ausgefranzt. Aber sauber.
