Cons:

Haus wirkt baufällig und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Sehr bescheidenes Frühstück. Sehr hellhörig.
Wegen Bauarbeiten in der Straße alternative Parkmöglichkeit im P7, Kaiser Passage, fragwürdig, wenn man am Sonntag abreist, das geht zwar, das Parkhaus ist aber komplett unbeleuchtet also stockfinster, das ist unzumutbar!

Friendly staff, good central location for everything you need

Perfect location to get around the city, staff were very friendly and helpful, would stay again if I return!

Our room was brand new but a big refurb is still underway (july26) so no other facilities were available . It will be first class!
