Der neu Bau ist super!

Cons:

Am Ankunftstag, dem 23.10., war eine der Damen an der Rezeption leider nicht besonders freundlich. An den darauffolgenden zwei Tagen wurden wir von einer anderen Dame betreut, die ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend war.

Wonderful and familiar hotel nestled amongst beautiful mountains.
Pros:

This was my second stay at the Postgasthof Rote-Wand and it won't be my last! The hotel feels very familiar and the staff members are incredibly friendly. The restaurant serves delicious, local food and the breakfast buffet has something for everyone. The rooms are simple, but clean and offer enough space to relax after a long day of hiking or sightseeing. The biggest highlight is the spa area with two saunas, one steam sauna and an infrared room. Coming here a second time felt like coming home.

Great staff, great room, good food and good location.
Pros:

Excellent rooms, extremely clean. Staff very friendly and helpful - particularly when we requested a kettle for the room. Food was of a high standard - good choice at breakfast and good local fare on the menus.

Cons:

When booking on Booking.com, there was no indication that the hotel was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday evening. We were advised about the Tuesday night when we checked in but not about Wednesday night. We only found this out when returning to the hotel late in the afternoon and hastily make other arrangements in another local establishment, who were most obliging despite us not having a reservation. (When checking the web site it IS stated but not communicated at the time of booking. Additionally, the room, though exceptionally clean, would benefit form tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge, particularly for the evenings when the hotel is closed.

Gute Lage in herrlicher Umgebung
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist, für Besucher die das Spitzinggebiet besuchen oder an Schliersee bzw. auf den Wendelstein wollen hervorragend.

Cons:

Der Fernseher könnte etwas größer sein.

Pros:

Personal freundlich, aufmerksam. Speisen u. Getränkeauswahl
sowohl bei Frühstück, als auch bei Hauptmahlzeit reichlich, abwechslungsreich u. gute Qualität.
Räume und Anlagen sauber u. gepflegt. Aussenanlagen schöner Biergarten u. Spielmöglichkeit für Kinder.

Die Ausstattung im Haupthaus ist zwar schon von vielen Gästen genutzt worden, bietet jedoch das notwendige Wohlfühlgefühl. Besonders das Personal während des Frühstücks war zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen.
Pros:

Außergewöhnlich nettes und sehr höfliches, aufmerksames Personal und zwar von der Reinigungsdame bis hin zur Hotelführung.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und das Abendessen großartig. Es wird immer nachgeschaut, ob alle Gäste zufrieden sind. Wir wurden sehr verwöhnt.

Cons:

Das ein oder andere Zimmer müsste renoviert werden.

Location & Room.Dinner. Good Sauna facility.

Cons:

They could not offer anything special. We had asked them as it was my wife's birthday. But that's all good.

Different room was given compared to the photos. Our room was supposed to be 1st or floor abovr. But we got the room on the ground floor. Still the view was good. It could have been better. Also the photos should have been the same.
