The owner is extremely friendly and speaks English. The breakfast was very good.

Pros:

These hosts were some of the best I've ever experienced. This is a small, local, family own hotel. As such, they don't have all the staff at their disposal to support one off requests from their customers, but every time a curveball was thrown their way, they were more accommodating than required.

I was very impressed with the service as they catered it to you. For example, they learned that I drank tea with my breakfast. Therefore, the host would set up the tea at my table before I even arrived for breakfast. This was a special feeling. Thank you :)

Cons:

I feel like I'm grasping at straws with this one, but there was a group of people staying above me that would stay up late, and I could easily hear them as I was trying to fall asleep. I'm not sure how much the hotel could change to fix that, though.

Pros:

The staff was super friendly and courteous. Breakfast was wonderful and the kitchen lady was super. I will stay there again. 😀

A great place to stay if you're visiting Baumholder or the surrounding areas for work or vacation/
Pros:

Breakfast was very basic, but still a good way to start the day. Also had juices and milk to drink. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable (and free for guests). Good places to eat nearby within walking distance. Everything was clean and well kept. They had daily cleaning service for linens and towels if needed.

Cons:

No air conditioning, which i'm sure is the normal thing in Germany. Not many places to eat nearby on Sunday since most places are closed. Shower and bathroom is a little small if you're a bigger person.

Pros:

Great traditional German breakfast in a cute dining area and patio. Central and easy to find. No issues finding parking directly next to the hotel

Voll Vertrauen an den Gast und sehr gute Gastgeber
Pros:

Es gibt modernere Hotels, es gibt schönere Zimmer - aber die Freundlichkeit und das Bemühen des Personal den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten wie im Hotel Westrich gibt es selten!
