My wife my wife and I will return to Hotel Tosca as long as Frau Walter is there to meet us and gree
Pros:

The host, Frau Walter, is the heart and personality of Hotel Tosca. She is cheerful, colorful, curious, and helpful (she carried my bag all the way up the main staircase!).

Cons:

The shower stall is slippery and dangerous. It needs a rubber floor mat and something to hold onto attached to the wall.

Herzlicher Empfang in einer schönen Villa.
Habe mich selten wohler in einem Hotel gefühlt.
Sehr hundefreundlich, direkt am Waldrand, trotzdem Gehnähe zum Congresszentrum.

Cons:

Matratze war bisschen durchgelegen, aber der Rest hat ds wett gemacht

A Hidden Gem in Hannover!
Pros:

Ein besonderer Aufenthalt in einem charmanten Hotel. Wir fuehlten uns sehr wohl und genossen einen exzellenten Service. Die Lage in Kleefeld ist einerseits nah an der Innenstadt (die Anbindung an das U-Bahn Netz ist ausgezeichnet) und zur gleichen Zeit angrenzend an ein Waldgebiet mit vielen Freizeitmoeglichkeiten.

A very comfortable stay.
Pros:

The owner is very good at taking care of her guests and serves delicious breakfasts.
There is a metro line and a bus line near the villa Tosca.

Ein gelungenes Wochenende ich werde das Haus weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Tisch war sehr schön und mit viel Liebe gedeckt. Das Zimmer mit Balkon ging zum Wald raus, viel Sauerstoff in der Nacht, Fast wie im Luftkurort.

Sehr zuvorkommende und liebenswerte Hotelchefin. Tolle Villa. Super sauber. Hund ohne Kosten willkommen. Parken vor der Tür kostenlos. Frühstück für 10 € top. Auf Wunsch bekommt man Verpackungsmaterial für selbstgeschmierte Brötchen. Sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Stadtpark.
Die Kirchenuhr haben wir Nachts nicht gehört. Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht.

Absolutely recommend staying in Villa Tosca. Mrs Walters is the most hospitable, attentive and kind host we rarely experience. Stayed in Villa Tosca 3rd time and definitely will be coming back again. Rooms are super big, bathrooms too, it's super clean everywhere and breakfast is plentiful. Perfectly located in quiet area, next to city park, restaurants, stores and public transport. We always feel very welcome, including Cela our dog who also gets a lot of lovely attention.

Would recommend this hotel and are planning to visit again.
Pros:

The breakfasts were superb, plenty of everything. The host was exceptional. The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants and Tram which was very easy to get into town.

The wi-fi wasn't very good

Pros:

The Villa Tosca is a great location, quite upmarket residential area next to a forest yet a short walk to U-Bahn, S-Bahn, restaurants, bakery etc. The host is very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast of cold meats, cheeses, bread rolls etc. provides a good start to the day. Our rooms were huge with plenty of space to sit and large bathrooms. It's a lovely old building with lots of character & original features. There is plenty of hot water and the heating keeps the rooms toasty on cold winter days.

Cons:

Wi Fi is very weak, but phone signal strong.
