Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Frühstück hinzugebucht, empfehlenswert! Lage ist fantastisch, absolut ruhig und toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren.

Tolles Schloss in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen. Auf unserer Reise nach Holland ist es ein toller Zwischenstopp nahe dem Freizeitpark Irrland.
Tolles Ambiente, gutes und günstiges Frühstück und ein schattiger Park mit Spielmöglichkeiten runden das ganze ab.

Ridderlijk met de fiets is dit een prima uitvalsbasis voor de laatste etappe
Pros:

Het kasteel is best mooi. Het ontbijt is prima en goed voorzien. De fietsen worden opgeslagen in een afgesloten schuurtje dat beveilig is met een hangslot.

Cons:

Voor een avondmaaltijd moet je naar het dorp op 2,5 km. Ik had een van de kamers onder het dak en bij een buitentemperatuur van 33 graden is die niet koel te krijgen.

Bis auf das Bett sehr gut.
Pros:

Prima Frühstück, und ein schönes Badezimmer. Leider war das Doppelbett zu schmal.

Aangenaam verblijf.
Pros:

Rustig gelegen hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De bereikbaarheid van het hotel. Uiteindelijk toch gevonden.
Tip: de persoonlijke badkamer (gelegen naast de slaapkamer) afsluiten. Dan komen er zich daar geen andere gasten douchen, dit was bij ons het geval. Eigen schuld natuurlijk want we hadden de deur open gelaten.

Prachtige locatie en ontbijt heerlijk.

Cons:

Eenpersoons kamer erg basic, maar wel schoon. Smal bed en erg dik dekbed voor de zomer.

My wife's family has the same last name, and her family ancestry dates back to the 1100's. and so does this castle ,,,,,,
In 1988 we left the Netherlands, and we now live in California. And for the last 5 visits to the Netherlands, we
said each time : "we have to go and visit/stay in that Castle Hotel". And last month we finally did.
It was fun.
We did not need a wake-up call ; as that big, fat Rooster is well trained to start screaming at precise 6 am :) :)

Cons:

Glue & screw the floorboards in place , that loud squeak by every step you take wakes up half the village :)
