Our stay was much more enjoyable than expected. The location and service was perfect for us.
Pros:

This family run business is wonderful. They went way above any expectations we had for any hotel. Not just personalized service, but very personal help about all aspects of being in Loja. The location is next to el Parque Lineal, along the Malacatos river, with walking trails among the trees and flowers. Quiet and tranquil neighborhood.

Cons:

There are few buildings with elevators, and this is one of them. Beautifully kept, but you need to use the stairs.

El trato como si fueras de la familia muy amables atento a que te sientas como en casa es como visitar esos abuelos o tíos que te tratan con tanto cariño se esmeran para que tengas una estadía genial

Que es un poco retirado para llegar pero el taxi es muy económico menos de 2 dólares
