OK adequate and a good bargain.
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff. It was modest, but good.

Cons:

The parking area was hard to find. They had difficulty getting a cab for us. They should make an arrangement with a cab company. My 77 year old husband and I spent 20 minutes in the rain trying to get a cab. Unpleasant!

Very good place to stay in
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, a nice view of the nearby mountains and the TV worked well also, meaning I was able to watch football and the US Open tennis.

Cons:

Breakfast was nothing to write home about. The first morning I had scrambled eggs but they weren't great, so the second morning I ordered fried eggs and those were much better.
