Pros:

Lo mejor que puedo destacar del hotel es su excelente ubicación y la vista hacia la Cascada de la Virgen

Cons:

Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. En recepción fui atendido por un joven que, al parecer, era familiar de los propietarios. Su trato fue poco amable, distante y nada servicial, lo que generó una mala primera impresión.
En cuanto a las instalaciones, considero que necesitan una renovación. La habitación que me asignaron era amplia, pero la puerta de ingreso estaba en muy mal estado, prácticamente desprendida, lo que dificultaba abrirla y cerrarla correctamente. Además, las camas no resultaron cómodas y el baño era demasiado pequeño.
En relación con el precio, considero que existen otras opciones con una mejor relación entre costo, comodidad y calidad del servicio.

Pros:

Me encantó el sitio, fui con mi mamá y nos fue genial. La piscina tiene agua temperada y hay un hidromasaje. Es un sitio amplio y de excelente servicio.

Cons:

No me gustó que el hidromasaje tenía burbujas y grasa en el agua.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The front desk provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, which turned into some of the highlights of our trip. The included breakfast was the perfect way to start each morning. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable, and we would gladly return. The small patio with balcony from the room provided an amazing viewing experience.

The bathroom felt outdated. It can use some improvements.
