Pros:

Bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Community dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were polite, patient, and very helpful. Exceeded my expectations

Pros:

Warm welcome from staff. Comfy beds, warm showers, hot tub, sauna and steam room were amazing. The family dinners are nice. The views are incredible. It is a perfect place to stay after a long day of hiking. They have a yoga studio and run classes twice daily. I loved the stay and wished I could have stayed longer.

Unable to get to this seclude location
Pros:

I can’t say if the hotel itself and its service is good. We pre-paid and when we got closer we got lost since gps signal was inconsistent. It hit dark and when we called the hotel, they told us we had to take a country road, and drive about 45 min in a dirt, dark, narrow mountain road. We ended up getting another hotel off the main highway since we weren’t going to risk our safety. I’m sure the place is nice since the mountains over there are gorgeous. I highly recommend to add a disclaimer warning about the last 45 min on a dirt country road, specially during rainy season when mudslides prevail in this kind of terrain.
