Location to beach and resort centre is brilliant
It looked shabby carpets ripped not fitted areas in cleaned workmanship not great on repairs. Hole in wall in our bedroom

Toilets didn’t flush in our room and didn’t get fixed
They say they have wellness and spa but it’s just a small indoor pool
Food was really bad

Gute Lage
Abwasserproblem im Zimmer, gestank und nichts wird unternommen vom Personal. Nur Duftspray und dann wird gesagt es wurde repariert obwohl man neben an gestanden ist und gar nicht gemacht wurde!

Rooms were clean, view from balcony was amazing, tea and coffee area had no spoons or milk, had to bring up a spoon from restaurant and buy our own milk.

Staff were amazing and so friendly. Check in very easy we filled out forms online which was extremely helpful considering we arrived very late.
Food was average, not alot of variety if you arent a massive fan of seafood. Alot of food was undercooked such as pasta, potatoes, rice. The heating lamps over the food didnt cover much of the trays so parts of food would be cold.
Eating area wasnt very big, no outdoor eating.
Pool was small, but being so close to the sea made up for it.
It was difficult to get sun beds unless you went out early and reserved them yourself (people started reserving sun beds at like 6am?!?! ). Think there should be something in place that stops people reserving sun beds so early.

le restaurant est tres bruyant on se croirait dans un refectoire de cantine, plage ou l'on doit payer les transats 17€ a la journee c'est dommage, plutot choix de ce fait du sable , pas d'endroit pour fumer calme mais sur le parking de l entree du hall,
J’ai beaucoup aimé le cadre, l’hôtel est très joli et l’architecture est belle. Nous avions le forfait all inclusive; le petit déjeuné était très bon et il y avait beaucoup de choix au buffet ! J’ai beaucoup aimé la piscine familiale et les activités autour de celle-ci. Le lit était confortable est assez grand.
J’ai quand même été déçue du buffet à midi et surtout le soir, je trouve qu’il n’y avait vraiment pas assez de choix/variétés ! J’ai aussi été déçue du fait qu’on devait payer nos transat à la plage ! 17 euros pour deux transat et un parasol ! J’ai aussi été déçue de la petite piscine qui est à l’ombre dès l’après-midi et en plus de ça il n’y a vraiment pas beaucoup de parasol !

Essen und Zimmer zu klein. Lift zu klein und man wartet ewig weil es nur 3 kleine Lifte gibt bei 1000 Personen
Everyone was lovely and kind. The food was amazing. Very tasty amd so many options. The view was breathtaking. It was so good to see that everyone from the guests were behaving well too. No drunk or rude people. We had a great time.
I had to work a few hours for 2 days and it was impossible with the Internet. The signal was very very patchy. That was the only thing.

Die Grösse des Hotels und die enorme Anzahl Gäste, die bei enormem Lärm in einem grossen Raum zu Mittag und zu Abend gegessen hat.
