Os funcionários são atenciosos. A localicação é boa. O chuveiro é bom.

Intéressant d’avoir un Parking privé dans l’hôtel. 25€ de 15h à 12h (2€ par heure sup. Sachant que si débordement de 20 mn=1€).
A pied: à 5 mn du Prado, 13 mn Plaza Mayor, 30 mn Palais royal.

Cons:

Nous avons été choqués par l’accueil de l’hôtesse, désagréable, impolie (ne répond pas à notre bonjour, ne nous regarde même pas) et bien sûr ne sourit jamais. C’est la raison pour laquelle nous avons mis la note de 8.
Nous avons payé 135€ pour une nuit, jeudi 8 octobre 2026. La chambre étant petite et la salle de bains exiguë, cela nous paraît un peu cher mais il faudrait comparer avec les autres hôtels au centre de Madrid.
