Podrían haber sido mas amables
Pros:

Mala ubicación. el acceso al mismo esta en plena curva, por un camino sin iluminación adecuada. Para acceder tuvimos que llamar al gerente, ya que había una cadena en la entrada, al parecer para evitar que las vacas entren. Solo vimos al gerente en la entrada y salida del hotel.

Cons:

Trato al cliente inadecuado. Hoja con indicaciones sobre actuaciones por parte del cliente.

La paz y la calma del ambiente, la piscina y el despertar cada dia y ver las vacas era precioso, el tener juegos de mesa para los ratitos de chirimiri y la paz en general

Me gustó mucho el entorno y el alojamiento. El desayuno muy bien.

Cons:

Tuve q ponerme en contacto con el alojamiento, enviando varios mensajes y no obtuve ninguna respuesta, ni solución a un imprevisto médico que nos surgió. No contestaron a la solicitud de reembolso, ni se preocupó en contactar para darle una explicación de lo ocurrido.

Pros:

Un sitio muy tranquilo, sobre todo en comparación con Santillana que está a 5-10 minutos andando y es puro caos turístico.

La piscina climatizada es espectacular, una manera ideal para desconectar y esquivar las altas temperaturas desde el agua.

Cons:

La limitación de horarios de limpieza, aunque puedes cambiar limpiar la habitación por el desayuno, si quieres disfrutar de la habitación y el relax te limita por tener que liberarla para que la limpien.

El trato recibido tanto por Jaime como el personal de Limpieza han sido excelentes.
Muy buena ubicación, lugar super tranquilo para descansar y desconectar. La piscina climatizada idílica. En resumen lo recomendamos 100%.
Ahhh y ni que decir tiene lo fresquito que se duerme.

Lovely hotel with excellent host!
Pros:

The room was large with comfortable beds. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated his tolerance of my attempts at speaking Spanish and feel more confident as a result. The breakfast was good value and there were lovely seating areas inside and out. Parking is very good at the hotel. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good. We enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like but future guests need to be aware that although the hotel is less than a mile from the centre of Santillana it is an uphill walk back (not good for anyone with mobility issues) There is parking but certainly very busy in August when we were there! Also no air con which again didn’t bother us.
