Beautiful old style hotel right on sea front

Pool area was a nice size

Cons:

The smell of drainage in our room was strong and constant
We tried to change our beach towels on beach towel day but they said it was too late??

Nothing really - everything was as expected. Water in the room would have been nice but this is being picky.

Wonderful hotel if you don’t get a room on the ground floor.
Pros:

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, the location was great, the breakfast was wonderful, and I loved sitting out front with a beautiful view each day. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

I did not like the location of my room. I was on the ground floor (that didn’t feel very safe as a woman staying alone) next to the entrance to the building. I had the most horrible sleep my entire stay because of the location. I would hear the buzz of the door throughout the night, followed by the slam of the door, then the stomping of the feet of the people coming in. Add on top of that any voices from their conversations. In addition, there was also a loud water sound I would hear throughout my stay. I’m pretty sure it was the flushing of toilets in rooms above me. The constant interruptions to my sleep really put a damper on my stay during my time in Port de Soller.

Lovely place I look forward to come back to.
Pros:

Perfect location just next to the beach. Nice room for our family of four people. The staff is very friendly - especially Marina in the reception.

Pros:

Lovely location. Nice staff. Clean. Food was good, as buffets go (we were half board)

Cons:

Very slight gripe - it took us a couple of days to realise that we didn't have to accept the awful machine coffee at the breakfast buffet. You get a proper coffee from the bar included but I don't think that was widely known/advertised.
