El menjar poca quantitat i poca varietat, no hi havia menjar per nins. Menjar elaborat amb especies (paella amb gust de curry). No estava identificat quin menjar era,ni tampoc alergias. Els comentaris publicats no corresponen a la realitat. Poc personal al bar. Snack eren restes del dinar. Pagues per un servei que no correspon. Spa no va funcionar de tota l'estancia.

Friendly staffs : Anna and the other lady(forgot to get her name) at the reception made the stay feel like home. They were really patient enough to explain the facilities available the hotel.
Food : Breakfast was exceptional. The best ever we had in recent times. You literally have everything from different varieties of main course to drinks.
Facilities : Gym, 2 pools (outdoor and indoor), Sauna, Steam bath etc., All included in the package.
Rooms and location : Rooms are sufficiently big enough, well isolated. Location is great. 5-6 mins by foot to beach.

The staff were fantastic. Vanessa in the dining room and Kaci in reception are 2 we had a good bit of interaction with and they couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The maintenance men and bar staff were also great . The pool is fantastic and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The place was spotless . There was some entertainment.
There was a foul smell in our room we eventually had to move to other side of hotel where air conditioning isn’t as good ( I remember this from a previous visit ). Also the hot food was very repetitive and the quality not great.

One of the best hotels we have been to by far! The best part is the food and the room. We had half board and stayed for a week the food buffe for breakfast and dinner could not be better! The chef was so accommodating and as we do not eat pork or drink alcohol he made sure we had options to eat and was always looking after us thank you Julio. The other staff in the kitchen was super kind as well thank you Susana and Lorraine.
The reception staff was so kind and accommodating it was my mothers birthday and they helped us get an amazing room and welcomed us with as nice non alcoholic beverage, thank you Giada. The other receptionist Manuel was excellent as well great service thank you both for making our stay as comfortable as possible.
Finally the room was so spacious, we had a double bed and a sofa bed in a separate room. The balcony had a nice view and the room temperature was perfect, the cleaning staff was super kind as well and accommodating.
The pool, sauna and steam was very relaxing and good.
The sofa bed could have a better mattress for comfort. Drinks should be included in half board. The sauna and steam should always be on for easier access. More storage room for two people.
