Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel very clean.
Room comfortable.
Close to the beach, and a whole host of eateries / bars to choose from, within minimal walking distance.
Easy access to public transport.

The staff was nice,
The hotel is close to the beach and the airport

Cons:

The hotel is located in the bar area. If you are looking for a good night of sleep close to the airport , it is not the place to go. Except additional fee if you want the AC (8€/day)

300 Meter von der Schinkenstraße weg.

Cons:

Klimaanlage kostet 8 Euro extra pro Tag. Bad bzw. Dusche extrem klein.

OK for the price
Pros:

You get pretty much everything that you will need. Breakfast is included, but don't set any expectations.

Cons:

There is no hair dryer. There is AC in the room, but there is no remote control, and you have to pay the reception to get it.

Soundproofing is poor. You can hear the neighbors talking. We also got woken up early in the morning a few times due to the noise from the hallway.

The toilet is small.

Street parking is available, but it is usually hard to find.

Günstig, Personal sehr nett

Cons:

Extra kosten bei 39 Grad für die Klimaanlage, auch bei wenigem verbrauch weil man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, von 8€!
