Vi forlenget oppholdet og måtte betale for et dyrere rom, men det var samme rom vi bodde på. Fikk kun badekåpe, 1 flaske hvitvin, 1 flaske vann - var ikke verdt det. Får minimalt med såpe

Excelente hotel. El gimnasio, lo mejor 😁
Pros:

Excelente hotel, con buenas instalaciones y camas confortables. El personal muy atento. La ubicación es genial y el desayuno es correcto. El gimnasio increíble, sin duda me pareció genial poder utilizarlo de forma gratuita.

Pros:

It was very clean and the staff was super friendly! The breakfast was also good. The view from my room was very nice. I think I got a room upgrade because I didn't book a room with an ocean view, so that was nice :)

Cons:

One of the two beds was a bit hard and not to comfortable. Its also a bit far away from the beach.

Posizione, pulizia, pasti, confort

Cons:

L'albergo e' elegante pulito e ben gestito con buon servizio colazione e cena buffet presso l'hotel di fronte palestra ottima. Tuttavia la spiaggia di Maspalomas e' molto distante e quella di playa inglese circa 1,5 km. Non adatto a chi predilige stare in spiaggia, adatto a chi si muove in citta' tra i vari ristoranti e le attrazioni dei centri commerciali che distano circa 1/1,5 km. Lo shattle per la spiaggia faceva solo poche corse e in orari scomodi a volte portava ritardo o non e' passato. Avevo chiesto la colazione a sacco na non mi e' stata fatta trovare dicendo che l'addetto alla reception avesse dimenticato di prenotarla al ristorante.

Perfext choice
Pros:

Perfect location, shuttle to beach and Meloneras. Nice staff, convenience within the hotel. Great breakfast.

Cons:

The only thing I do not understand why they keep one of the front door (Ave Trijana) always closed. Guest can open with card, that is good.

Everything was just right from the moment I walked in. Warm welcome, good service, efficient. Beautiful decor. Comfortable room. The breakfast was better than most with a chef preparing eggs to your order. The swimming pool was warmer than most. The sun beds had proper mattresses. Warm smiles everywhere. I will definitely be back. Thank you.
