Pros:

Funcionários simpáticos, boa localização para deslocação a pé com supermercados e restaurantes próximos, possuía secador de cabelo e gel de banho, a limpeza e troca de toalhas era diária, ar-condicionado funcional, televisão funcional com canais, varanda espaçosa com cadeiras e estacionamento gratuito a 5min a pé.

Cons:

Não possuem cama de casal, cortinados do quarto parcialmente eram opacos, sem frigorífico no quarto e sem janela / ventilação de ar na casa de banho.

Ferran the guy who runs the place is extremely polite and open to feedback.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and clean. Very close to the sant antonio beach and all facilities around.

NO OS ALOJÉIS AQUÍ.

Tenía una habitación privada reservada y PAGADA para 2 personas durante 2 noches.

La primera noche me alojé yo solo porque mi amigo llegaba al día siguiente. La reserva era para dos personas. Todo estaba pagado. Desde el principio a mi llegada había otro recepcionista dejamos aclarado que la reserva era para dos personas.

La segunda noche llegó mi amigo.

Y aquí empezó la pesadilla.

El recepcionista nocturno decidió que mi amigo NO podía entrar.

Le expliqué que la habitación estaba reservada y pagada para dos personas. No sirvió de nada.

Actitud arrogante.
Cero empatía.
Cero profesionalidad.
Una situación completamente absurda.

Y lo peor: llamó a la policía, diciendo que yo no alojaba allí y me quería meter en una de las habitaciones.

Enseguida llegó la policía y comprobó que yo sí estaba alojado allí y que tenía mi habitación reservada.

Aun así, el recepcionista continuó diciendo que no quería que mi amigo entrara.

Incluso delante de la policía mantuvo una actitud desafiante, afirmando que él era quien mandaba y que él decidía las normas del establecimiento.

Tengo grabaciones de lo ocurrido.

¿El resultado?

Dos adultos terminamos pasando la noche fuera y durmiendo en otro sitio, con una habitación privada PAGADA Y RESERVADA.

Una situación surrealista.

Pagas.
Reservas.
Cumples las condiciones.
Respetuoso, educado.
Y aun así terminas durmiendo en otro lugar.

¿Esto es normal?

Para mí, no.

La forma en la que se gestionó esta situación fue absolutamente lamentable. Nunca había vivido algo así en un alojamiento. Y viajo muchísimo.

1 estrella porque no puedo poner 0.

Hay muchísimas opciones en Ibiza, nuevos y mas baratos.
Mi consejo es muy sencillo:

BUSCAD OTRO ALOJAMIENTO.

Nice and affordable place
Pros:

Everything was clean and the room was big enough. Also it was very quiet. The stuff was very helpful! Even though they don't speak English well, they tried to understand our questions and helped with them. The location is good, just a few minutes walk to everything you need, beach, bus station, restaurants, a small convinien store, pharmacy.

Cons:

It would be great to have a small fridge in the room.
