Staying with Carl and José at their hotel was truly a unique and amazing experience: their impeccable taste and their attentive hospitality truly sets this place apart.
Staying at this hotel differs greatly from staying at a big hotel that caters to masses of tourists. It feels more like visiting friends in another country—friends with cultivated sense of style who’ve thoughtfully prepared everything for your holiday and who pick up on even the smallest details you mention, just like friends do.
The breakfast was incredible, individually prepared for each guest, featuring high quality ingredients and incorporating different Mallorca's delicacies. The activity and sightseeing recommendations we received were absolutely spot-on and made a huge difference to our trip. We arrived without a plan and left having explored so many incredible places—thanks to José and Carl, who thoughtfully tailored suggestions for us each day. We also came unprepared for the beach, but they generously provided everything we needed: towels, a sunshade, even sunscreen!
There’s honestly so much more I could say about how much we got out of this stay—it exceeded all expectations.
I can’t recommend this accommodation highly enough and would book again in a heartbeat.

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel

Carl and José are the nicest hosts. They have a lot of knowledge about the island and can give great recommendations for things to do. They were super helpful whenever we had any requests. The breakfast was always delicious, a big portion with local and fresh ingredients. Sineu is in a good location to explore all of the island, and there were many events in the middle of August that made the small town very lively. Overall, I can only recommend this hotel if you want to experience Mallorca.

Vi hade en underbar vistelse hos Carl och Jose och deras hund Samba på Es Picarol Sineu.
Så fint välkomnande och så rent och fräscht överallt, och så fin och personlig inredning.
Frukosten var den bästa vi har ätit, serveras vid bordet, och fått så bra tips och hjälp med att hitta fina ställen runt ön att besöka.
Finns bara positivt att säga och rekommenderar alla att komma dit som vill ha en äkta och genuin upplevelse.

Hotel Es Picarol Sineu exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into the warm, stylish, and soulful world of José, Carl, and Samba the dog. The atmosphere is more like visiting dear friends who lovingly host you and prepare breakfast with care.

Every detail is thoughtful, and José and Carl’s kindness, passion, and genuine warmth shine through in everything they do. We especially loved starting the day with a peaceful breakfast in the courtyard garden.

We wholeheartedly recommend a stay here. Sineu itself feels like the authentic heart of Mallorca—charming, unspoiled, and full of character.

Zu allererst Carl, Jose und natürlich Samba. Sie sind tolle Gastgeber und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an super wohl. Wir haben das Frühstück geliebt. Es hab jeden Tag frischen Saft und leckere Brote. Unser Zimmer war toll, es war sehr sauber und selbst die Handtücher rochen extrem gut.

Это были всего два дня, но именно те, которые я буду вспоминать с особым теплом. Маленький уютный отель в самом сердце Синеу, которым управляют два невероятных человека — Карл и Хосе. С первой минуты пребывания чувствуешь, что попал не просто в гостиницу, а в пространство, созданное с любовью, вниманием к деталям и искренним желанием подарить гостям максимум комфорта.

Каждый уголок отеля — отражение вкуса и труда этих двоих: вся мебель, декор, атмосфера — всё сделано их руками. Здесь чувствуется душа, и это ощущение не покидает ни на минуту.

Утро в отеле — это особый ритуал. Карл и Хосе сами готовят завтрак, который поражает не только вкусом, но и подачей, душевной атмосферой и вниманием к каждому гостю. Это не просто еда — это забота, выраженная в каждом блюде.

Но самое главное — это, конечно, сами хозяева. Настолько внимательные, доброжелательные и искренние, что порой кажется, будто вы приехали в гости к старым друзьям. Они с радостью помогут вам по любому вопросу: посоветуют лучшие пляжи, красивые маршруты, ресторанчики, дадут пляжный зонт или просто спросят, как вы себя чувствуете и чем могут помочь.

Если вы собираетесь на Майорку, обязательно включите Синеу в свой маршрут хотя бы на пару дней. И не потому, что это красивый старинный город, а потому что здесь живут Карл и Хосе — люди, благодаря которым обычная поездка может превратиться в одно из самых теплых воспоминаний вашей жизни.

Alles ist mit so viel Liebe gestaltet und geführt, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und wird individuell umsorgt! Carl und José machen das wirklich mit ganz viel Herzblut und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Beautiful restored villa in the heart of a true Mallorcan town. Stunning exterior and interior renovation which is sympathetic to the original building structure and period. Joe & Carlos are born hosts, present, considerate and warm. Nothing has been missed, a fantastic breakfast every morning using fresh local produce. Perfect location for exploring the east and west coasts and Sineu itself is an endearing town with lovely bars and restaurants.

Absolutely loved our stay at Es Picarol Sineu! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were staying with friends rather than at a hotel. Carl and Jose are incredible hosts — warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about making every guest feel at home.

The breakfast was a real highlight. Instead of a standard buffet, Jose takes the time to ask what you like and puts together something fresh and delicious based on your preferences. It’s such a personal touch, and you can really taste the care that goes into it.

The hotel itself is beautiful — every detail has clearly been thought through. The rooms are spotless and so tastefully decorated, with a lovely mix of traditional charm and modern comfort. The same goes for the rest of the hotel. It’s stylish, cozy, and incredibly well looked after.

This is not your typical cold, impersonal hotel experience. It’s warm, unique, and full of character. We felt relaxed and genuinely cared for the entire time.

Highly recommend Es Picarol Sineu to anyone looking for something special in Mallorca. We’ll definitely be back!
