Hotel Europa de Figueres

I actually can't think how this could have been better. Convenient for Dali museum and town centre. Very clean. All basic facilities perfect. Secure underground car parking for just 10 euros. Air con, window with open view. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Bed could have been larger, but couldn't they all.

This is a small family run hotel with excellent levels of customer service, friendly and helpful staff and great rooms. Got an inexpensive, no frills hotel I would heartily recommend the Hotel Europa.

Very nice staff. We asked for a quiet room far from elevator and we got just that. you get what you expect and pay for, no more no less. i was quite upset about the 10 euros parking fee which is a bit hidden when you book through booking.com. the hotel is well located about 7mns walking distance from downtown and the dali museum.

This place was such a great welcome home, after a long road trip from Disneyland Paris. The reception was amazing! Very friendly, and informative. There is an awesome lego collection at the entrance, which my son LOVED! The rooms are very cozy, with amazing air conditioning. Channels in every language. Walls are a little thin, in which you can hear everything. The place is very clean as well. I like that there is someone in reception 24/7. The breakfast is so big, and a reasonable price as well. Recommend 100%!!

We are travelling by bicycle and found this hotel perfectly located to the town centre and the Dali museum. We'd had a previously poor experience re the staff in a europa hotel (same chain i assume? But maybe not?) in northern Spain but this place couldn't be more different - the staff here in Figueres were lovely and helpful and friendly and really made me want to support this place. The room was clean and well appointed. We were facing the car park and it was really quiet despite being on a main road. Maybe enquire about a quiet room away from the main road if that bothers you. Storing our bikes safely was no problem. Would definitely stay again.

They were so nice ,helped us move on to Cadaques , made it easy , would definitely stay there again . They understand English and made it easy to figure out the area , able to find the Salvador Dali museum , and get us a taxi to Cadaques . We felt they took good care of us.

This hotel was perfect. The room was big clean and quiet. The bed was hard and warm. The bathroom worked, the tv worked, it is well located and they dealt with my special request with a smile. Fantastic!

This hotel corresponded to my need to have cheap accommodation the night before visiting the Dali museum. Clean, efficient and with a CCTV car park just next door for those with 2m10 campers like mine.

Breakfast was pretty average for 5 Euros, coffee and toast.

However the price was minimal 36€ for a night with a dog and a baby.. I couldn't complain.

I stayed here a night before visiting family in france. Booked the hotel because it was cheap. Make sure you use a booking site like because they are cheaper then the hotel itselve. Hotel is a steap walk with suitcases from the train station, uphill...

Staff is very friendly but speak almost no english... The single room was ver basic and small but what can you expect for the mone paid. Room was ver hot but with the use of the airco you could get it freezing. You had to pla a little to get something between freezing and hot.

The biggest issue i encountered was whenngoing to sleep. The had something i normally call walls between rooms. But in this hotel its cardboard. Everything that happends in the hotel can be heard. Since there seemed to be people moving around the hotel the entire night sleeping was difficult, doors slamming, talking etc. Etc.

The breakfast is in the lobby restaurant, you get a croissant, one oiece of toeast and a bottle of oranje juice and coffee or thee. Very basic, very cheap.

I think the hotel is going to close for refurbishment, i hope for future travvelers they do something with the walls in this place...

Difficult to park outside but drive in to their garage to unload cases & use lift into hotel. Then park in public car park 3 minutes walk to the back of the hotel. Hotel car park is tiny and very cramped to man oeuvre. Room was basic but very comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable and decent value. The hotel staff was very helpful. Dali museum is definitely worth a visit and only 5 - 10 minutes walk, the staff will direct you.

We stayed for two nights and found the hotel to be very good. Excellent value for money and the family that operate it were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a busy road but we had no trouble with traffic noise. It is an easy walk to town centre, the Salvador Dali museum and the local train station. The room was very clean. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.
